Friday evening was very busy, the spaghetti cacio e pepe was superb despite the heat, the steak was tender, the portions were generous, and the service was friendly and unobtrusive. We'll be back!

A lovely setting not far from the center of Pietrasanta, quiet and private, perfect for a relaxing dinner. The dishes are excellent, expertly prepared, almost entirely seafood-based, but there are also meat and vegetarian options. The staff is helpful, polite, and super friendly. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products. Highly recommended!!!

Ristorante Quarantuno is my favorite restaurant in Pietrasanta. We’ve been coming to eat here since 2016. The food is consistently brilliant and I have happily been working my way through their changing menu and specials with my wife and other members of our family. The owners, Vera & Stefano and their staff are top notch and always take very good care of us, sometimes squeezing us in when they are crowded on a weekend and we’d forgotten to make reservations. Yes. There are also many other good restaurants in Pietrasanta, but Ristorante Quarantuno is where we happily keep coming back! Check out their Facebook page!

The service was very attentive and the starter was excellent. My pasta was also very good, although the child's pasta was unfortunately not tasty at all, hence "only" 4 stars, but still recommended.

We’ve been coming here for the last four years and 41 has consistently delivered great homemade cooking. This year, it seems they’ve updated their style (plates, table sets) and menu. Vongole with botarga - what a treat!! We loved it and will surely return 2026

Siamo capitati in questo locale un lunedì a pranzo dopo aver visitato il centro di Pietrasanta.
Locale piccolo ma accogliente.
Personale estremamente gentile ed attento, cibo di qualità e ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.
Abbiamo ordinato una svaporata di mare, una carbonara di pesce ed un piatto del giorno (raviolo di mare cacio e pepe).
Voto 10 al tortino al cioccolato.
Con il caffè ci hanno portato gratuitamente dei biscotti di pasta frolla molto buoni.
Se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo sicuramente.

Cibo di eccellenza, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, atmosfera piacevole e raccolta, personale gentilissimo.
Sono stata in questo ristorante per un pranzo con colleghe, siamo capitate assolutamente a caso ma ci siamo trovate benissimo. Consiglio vivamente!
