Good morning, I wanted to tell you that last night (Valentine's Day 2026) was a beautiful evening, both in terms of atmosphere and music with a live guitarist, but... An hour and a half to receive a first course, a second course, and a side dish seems excessive and unacceptable! The food was delicious, but between the appetizer, cheese, and jam, and the first course, second course, and side dish, far too much time passed. It was almost embarrassing for the staff; everyone at the table complained! The staff was also very inattentive; they didn't clear the wine glasses for those of us who don't drink wine. They cleared the dirty dishes from the table after 20-30 minutes... Honestly, it wasn't the evening I imagined. Furthermore, they didn't leave the book I had requested and already paid for on the table; in fact, I had to ask for it at the cashier! Let's just say you have a lot of room for improvement, especially given the restaurant's prices, these inattentiveness and delays are unacceptable. At the cashier's desk, they apologized for the delay, but there was no financial return. Frankly, I was somewhat disappointed with the evening. I also wrote to you to encourage you to improve.

From the name, I expected a restaurant with lots of flowers, but that's not quite the case. On the other hand, the food and service were excellent.

Beautiful location. Even though we had reserved a table, we were short of two seats, so we made do by adding a crescent moon. The cover charge is €5. It was difficult to call a waiter because the room isn't adequately soundproofed. The food was decent but very expensive. The wine selection was limited, and the ones we drank were of poor quality. The evening was enjoyable thanks to the excellent musicians and the subsequent management of the karaoke. The place has significant room for improvement. I hope the manager will take my comments as suggestions and not criticisms.

We were initially drawn in by the decor. Then we had an excellent dinner. Delicious food. Excellent wine recommendations. The best tiramisu ever. And very friendly and attentive service.

This is a charming spot with excellent food and a warm, refined ambiance. Definitely worth a visit.

We went to the restaurant on a whim because we found the atmosphere interesting. The food was very good and the service was simply top-notch – very friendly and attentive!

Alessandra, the venue manager, is extremely positive and professional. She takes care of each customer with passion and attention. The stage presence and singing of Rosalba and her wonderful band are extraordinary as always! I recommend this venue for its magic and refined family atmosphere that everyone can experience.
