A real find in the heart of Venice! At Da Gigi Cucina e Pizzeria, we had an exceptional culinary experience. We enjoyed a pizza with provolone and salsiccia – perfectly baked, with a crispy crust and rich, flavorful toppings. The salmon pasta was also excellent: creamy, balanced in flavors and very well prepared. The service was fast and hospitable, and the relaxing atmosphere made us feel at home. I heartily recommend this place to anyone who wants to taste real Italian cuisine!

Mio marito ci va a pranzo alla pausa dal lavoro. Incuriosita ho chiesto di andarci di sera per cena. Ecco accontentata!!! Crudo di pesce ottimo e fresco, cordialità simpatia chiudono la serata in bellezza. Consiglio

difficile che vada due sere di fila nel solito locale a mangiare... molto buona e digeribile la pizza, ma anche i primi ed i secondi non sono certo da meno... buonissimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

24/06/2025: The service is very friendly and fast. The pizza isn't that good. The toppings are very poor and too thin. There are better options. It's almost impossible to get a seat without a reservation.
19/06/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A wonderful culinary experience right by the sea! We ate at Ristorante Al Mare several times during our vacation at Union Lido – and were thrilled every time. The location is unbeatable: right on the beach promenade with a stunning view of the sea, especially at sunset. The food was excellent – ​​fresh pasta, delicious fish dishes, and a pizza just like you'd expect in Italy. We especially recommend the seafood platter and the homemade tiramisu. The service was friendly, attentive, and always professional, even when it was busy. The prices are absolutely reasonable for the quality and location. We'll definitely be back – a must for anyone vacationing at Union Lido!
