I met BIFFI way back in October 1993, when I visited Palermo and witnessed the home victory against Bari (1-0 Buoncammino). Those were the days of his military service. BIFFI held the record for appearances for the Rosanero team (373 games), and his embraces with Coach Ignazio Arcoleo were touching (he was the Palermo of the Palermitans). That said, it's strange that this wonderful restaurant later opened in warm Udine, rather than in the Sicilian capital. During a business dinner, I enjoyed the exquisite pizza, but also the delicious paccheri topped with Eustacchio sauce and the melt-in-the-mouth PRO from Santissimo Daniele. The meal was divine. Bravo, eternal Captain BIFFI. Palermo loves you and never forgets.

Horrible service. If I point out a hair on my plate and ask for it to be taken away without asking for anything else, I'd consider the incident over. But no, a smug waitress comes to the table brandishing the hair and claiming that no one in the kitchen has long hair. Guests at other tables turned to look. There was no need to be so aggressive, especially since no one had made a scene; they just asked for the plate to be taken away and not remade. But no, the waitress had to point out the incident. Was it helpful? Too bad the place was welcoming, the pizza was perhaps a little too bland, but the paccheri were delicious, right down to the hair 🤣🤣. It can happen, but this made everything really indigestible.

I've known this place from the outside for a long time, but I'd never been there. Last night, I went for dinner with a group of friends. The place has a rather unique decor, with plants on the ceiling and various statues scattered throughout. The service is quite good, but the food is truly top-notch. Delicious pizza, tartare, excellent tuna tataki. Prices are reasonable.

A very beautiful restaurant. The modern atmosphere is meticulously maintained, tastefully and elegantly furnished, and truly welcoming. Both meat and fish dishes are excellent. The desserts are exquisite, as are the very soft pizza slices offered at the start of the meal. The staff is friendly and attentive. The owner is very welcoming and I thank him for his courtesy and helpfulness.
