Even if there are some very interesting refined style features. Food that combines tradition with a pinch of modernity, especially in the garnishes. Black angus pasta, obligatory slipper, parmesan pie, tasty, but not heavy. The quails are really excellent. In the desserts, you can really see the desire to amaze, caramelized chestnuts are off the menu, sweet enough. 4 courses, plus desserts, wine, water, we spent 99 euros. Just right for the place, the portions and the excellent quality.
