Passing through Trani, we chose this place for lunch. The location is stunning and very well-maintained. We ate at a table with two high stools and an open kitchen. The staff, especially the owner, were wonderful, but above all, the seafood was delicious. The menu and two tastings of spectacular first courses were included. If I return to Trani, I'll definitely be back.

What can I say? I've returned once again to this fantastic location where the owner Pasquale takes care of everything down to the smallest detail. The raw seafood is of the highest quality and the carpaccio is simply dreamy. This time they surprised me with their prawn carpaccio with pomegranate, a winning combination that left me speechless. The service is very attentive and impeccable, without mincing words. When I want to savor seafood delicacies, for me this place remains among the most excellent, with a fair quality-price ratio.

21/02/2026: I didn't think the food was really that good at this hotel. Friendliness and service are the strong points, in addition to the specialties. You could say it's a hidden gem in the area. Excellent first course and excellent fried fish straight from Manfredonia.
28/12/2025: We stayed for a week. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly, attentive, and dedicated to their customers. The value for money was perfect. The restaurant was excellent, using top-quality ingredients.

02/03/2026: I discovered Osteria del Seminario by chance, and it was truly a pleasant surprise. The setting is welcoming and refined, with a relaxing and never-overly-loud atmosphere, thanks in part to the clever decision to limit seating. This allows for a quieter dinner experience and ensures more attentive service. The ingredients are incredibly fresh. The raw seafood was simply exquisite, as was the trio of cooked fish. The first courses were also excellent, prepared with balance and flavor. The quality is evident in every course, thanks in part to a varied menu without overwhelming the selection: a choice that clearly emphasizes freshness and meticulous attention to detail. The service was quite prompt, and the waiters were very friendly and professional. The value for money was also excellent: we spent €40 each for two appetizers, two first courses, two desserts, two glasses of wine, and a complimentary house liqueur. A restaurant I highly recommend and will gladly return to!
