In nomen omen. We went there on the first evening of our vacation, right after arriving in Calasetta. At the end of our vacation, it was definitely our best place. The food was truly excellent, well-prepared and beautifully presented. Unfortunately, the tuna tartare was already sold out, and I recommend showing up early if you want to try it. We consoled ourselves with a lovely, freshly seared grilled belly that, months later, I still dream about. Otherwise, everything else was decidedly top-notch.

There's not much to say. One of the best restaurants in Calasetta for the quality of the fish, both cooked and fresh. The sea bream was a delight, brought to us at our table first and then cooked, cleaned, and served. A high-quality restaurant. The catch of the day is highly recommended. Reservations are essential, especially during the Carloforte tuna season.
