The food was very good, including the view of the lake. Points deducted for the service. Too few employees, who even looked away just to avoid having to serve. Old dishes were still lying around everywhere. When you finally got around to ordering, because you were able to move, things moved slowly but surely. Another point deducted for the bill. You didn't see it until after you paid, and it was incorrect, too. Too many drinks were charged. My impression was that the employee was somewhere between intentional and incompetent.

Restaurant in Ortigia, in the most beautiful part of the city (pedestrian zone). We booked through TheFork and had a fish dinner for four. All the dishes were good, including the four appetizers, the two first courses, and the two second courses. The service was courteous but confusing. I had ordered a fish soup and received a mussel soup. They were kind enough to refill my plate. Shortly after, I received paccheri alla norma from another table, instead of the pistachio caserecchi. My husband's pasta order was changed... The two waitresses rushed to get everything ready, but they needed more organization or more staff. The food, however, was very good and paid with the TheFork discount. It's worth trying.

We were charged for things we didn't even have. Otherwise, the service was very friendly, except for the man at the bar who apparently had a thing against tourists.

A very charming lakeside spot, perfect for aperitifs, such as graduation parties and baptisms. It's also ideal for events and more. On Thursday and Saturday evenings, there are lakeside events, which are highly recommended.

22/02/2025: Worth the experience: excellent raw fish, attentive service, a place that's not exceptional but reasonably priced. The outdoor terrace is warm in the summer, with no wind, because it's sheltered on three sides. There were four of us, and we shared two half slices of truly excellent pizza. Next, we ordered four seafood entrees (spaghetti with clams, a bit too oily; a tasty passatello allo scoglio; a sublime lobster gnocchi; and a plate of chicche with exquisite seafood). We drank a bottle of wine and two bottles of water. Total cost €30 per person, which I'd call fair. We returned and ordered pappa al pomodoro with fish, eggplant, mozzarella, and swordfish rolls, gnocchi with zucchini, courgette flowers, and prawns, and paccheri with seafood puttanesca... all delicious. We drank a bottle of water and two glasses of Vermentino. The price was still in line with previous visits: €65.
