'Passami il sale' is always a nice surprise; from the breakfast options to the excellent traditional Piedmontese dishes for lunch or dinner. Not to mention the labels on the wine bottles; for all tastes and all budgets. The hospitality of the owners and staff is also on par with the culinary offerings. To return or to try!

We had dinner and breakfast here, being guests of Cedro Reale, the other b&b managed by them 2/300 meters away. Nothing to complain about, excellent food and wines, attention to detail, both in the restaurant and in the B&B

From the outside it seems small but you can't see the upper floors, wonderful staff, friendly and smart (up and down the stairs) excellent cuisine. Today women's day with a mimosa cake dedicated to them. We really enjoyed your fusilloni and cake.

Excellent restaurant a stone's throw from the Royal Palace. Spectacular veal spinner with tuna sauce. First courses good and generous in portions. We didn't take the second courses but browsing among the tables they looked really inviting. Courteous staff. Right value for money Advise!

Restaurant in front of the palace in the center. The place is very nice and the round tables are spacious, they have more rooms and we ate upstairs in a quiet corner. I tried the agnolotti, they were very tasty. Recommended even if not entirely cheap.

Veramente eccezionale, gusti del Piemonte a 360 °, io da Romano sono rimasto meravigliato dei sapori offerti in questo ristorante a mio avviso stellato. Cibi di altissima qualità. Vini spettacolari consiglio di provarlo assolutamente se venite nel visitare la Reggia di Casale qui a Venaria... Provare per credere... Daniele Dragone

Cena di lavoro in un contesto "speciale": sala superiore interamente riservata, piatti tutti a base di tartufo bianco, che non hanno lesinato. Abbinamento vini perfetto.

16/02/2025: Good evening, I am forced to point out some unpleasant events that occurred at some dinners. On February 15th I received a pizza with uncooked chips and as a customer I pointed out this mix-up to the waiter, the problem was resolved quickly with the pizza being remade, this is a great merit of your staff and your pizza chef but above all I ask you to pay more attention. In addition to this misunderstanding which was resolved quickly, I would have another observation to make: the knife is not very sharp and difficult to use for cutting pizza, I know it's probably nonsense but it bothers me personally. I would like to make one last note. I noticed that the windows in the deor are not cleaned well. I know that maybe there isn't much time to clean the windows, but as a customer, seeing a clean place makes me happy. Maybe I'm too meticulous a person but in any case it's a nice place there are only some small things to improve. Thank you in advance, best regards
