We stopped by on a rainy evening to see if we could grab a table after seeing such positive reviews. We were told that it was fully booked for the night and stepped outside to plan our next step. A few moments later, the door opened and we were told “I might be able to do something!”
Thanks to that accommodation, we had a phenomenal dinner of pappardelle and steak Florentine.

I came here years ago and have been thinking about the ribollita ever since… it was that good. Finally made it back, and it absolutely lived up to the memory. The food is soulful, comforting, and full of flavor. The service is warm and genuinely kind, and the atmosphere has that cozy, lived-in magic you just can’t fake. A forever favorite in Florence.

The staff and manager were so friendly and hospitable, the food was authentic and tasty. The cod, guineafowl and boar pasta dishes were all well made and tender. We are lucky to have discovered this hidden gem of a restaurant on our last day in Florence!

Situated on a very quiet street, excellent food and service. Prices are moderate, but the food rises to their level. Very intimate and romantic. Totally recommend it.

When you come to Florence, you have to eat delicious food, and if you do, you have to find a place that serves delicious food, and this is the result.
It is a place where you have to make a reservation, but luckily there was a seat as soon as the door opened.
The staff was very friendly and the quality of the food was very good. The Chianti Classico wine that I had with the light meal had a strong acidic taste of Sangiovese. Personally, it was my taste. I ate the T-bone steak medium rare, which was easy to eat, and it tasted juicy. The risotto was also good because you could taste each grain. The spinach that I ordered for vegetables had a texture that went well with the meat.
A place where everything was satisfying.
