Il locale è, per adesso, il migliore di Sansepolcro. Gli affettati, rispetto agli inizi, sono leggermente peggiorati (ma si parla da un 10 a un 8, il che è sempre positivo). Unico neo il personale: di tanto in tanto ne trovi qualcuno che ti tratta dall'alto al basso (dimenticandosi che sono sempre dipendenti e non proprietari, né aristocratici). Il locale è da 7, la cucina è da 8.

Purtroppo il locale e le recensioni non sono state confermate . Ambiente molto bello e curato ma con qualità del servizio insufficiente , piatti con ottima materia prima ma , come nel caso delle Bistecche , completamente sbagliate nella cottura . Purtroppo ad un locale del genere e con i prezzi in carta come quelli esposti si richiede maggiore attenzione sia nel servizio quanto alla qualità della cucina . Tornerò magari a cena quando il locale è interamente dedicato ai clienti esterni .

Restaurant adjacent to the Aboca Museum, both owned by Aboca! 🔝 We were there because we were invited by the Aboca Life program to visit the museum for free. Restaurant therefore, in agreement... 🤑 Menu priced slightly above average, but of excellent quality. Typical dishes of certified origin. Hospitable staff, very professional and attentive to the customer. Very well looked after and clean environment. Advised! 🥰

I chose it for my wedding, so what can I say, it's one of the best places I've ever eaten. The quality is very high, the products are all organic and zero km. An explosion of flavor in every dish. Let's talk about true excellence!

08/02/2025: We returned to Buca di Michelangelo for New Year's Eve 2024, after having had lunch here in July 2024 and having had an excellent experience. This time too we found abundant, tasty and quality dishes, served by friendly, fast and attentive staff. We stayed in the hotel and the rooms were clean, welcoming and comfortable, perfect for resting after the celebrations. A special thank you to Annalisa, the manager's daughter, always kind and helpful, and to Mr. Alessandro (manager of the facility), who made us feel at home with his friendliness. On January 1st we had planned to have lunch, but after the abundant dinner we preferred to return for dinner, once again finding excellent cuisine and a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend Buca di Michelangelo to anyone looking for good food, hospitality and quality. We will definitely be back! Thank you very much and see you soon!
