Located inside a medieval village, the tavern is already impressive once you arrive. Really beautiful and tidy. The food, which reflects the local food and wine culture, is of an excellent standard. Absolutely worth trying also considering the price which I think is more than honest!

The place is very beautiful, truly evocative. You can get there by going up to Castel di lago, parking is difficult but not impossible. The food is delicious, prepared with care and the raw materials used are certainly of the highest quality. The place is one where you enjoy spending a lot of time, especially if in the company of the right people. And we're back. The staff is friendly and can advise you. The prices are not very low.

Non c’è insegna, non esiste indicazione; al culmine di una salita stretta, con poco parcheggio, bisogna proprio voler venire qui. E in effetti bisogna andarci. Perché poi vi si apre un mondo fatato fatto da tante stanzette inserite nel contesto di una sorta di castello medioevale dove vi delizierete di cibi e vini entusiasmanti.
L’atmosfera che si vive venendo qui di sera in inverno è impagabile.
Il tartufo la fa da padrone (profumatissimo) ma non solo.
Bellissimo posto che mi sono segnato tra i preferiti.
Costo senza vino sui 30€/1.

Parto col dire che varrebbe la pena un pasto qua anche solo per la bellezza del locale, all'interno di un palazzo antico (dal seco. XIII in poi) e con le sale nella roccia.
A questo si aggiungono un servizio attento, formale, di buon livello e una cucina davvero di alta qualità. Il mio stufato di cinghiale accompagnato dalla patata era semplicemente squisito.
Consiglio assolutamente anche una visita del borgo perchè è un vero tesoro.
