A very nice restaurant on three floors...nicely renovated, almost unique in the area...very classy and with a lovely atmosphere...the food is excellent...nicely laid out, even though there are no tablecloths...the entrees are good and tasty...excellent bread of various types. Nice and friendly staff.

An osteria worth visiting as if it were a museum.
It's located inside an ancient building on several levels and with several rooms.
Exquisite cuisine with an interesting menu organized with respect for seasonality and the local area.
I was impressed by the quality of the truffles and the bread.

A restaurant occupying an entire building in Borgo San Vamentino, Casteldilago.
Truly beautiful rooms create a welcoming, elegant, yet not "formal" atmosphere.
The menu features locally sourced, seasonal ingredients.
The roasted porcini mushrooms, the tagliatelle with venison, and the platter of cured meats and cheeses are excellent.
A special mention goes to the truffle-flavored egg stracciatella on potato rostie: epic.
Excellent wine selection.
Prices absolutely in line with the quality.

Siamo tornati, a distanza di un paio d’anni. Locale in una struttura medievale incantevole. Piccole sale a diversi livelli, si respira un aria di antico. Cucina sempre superba e una gentilezza inaspettata.
