I travelled alone and had an almost perfect evening here. Extremely nice and friendly staff.
Since I couldn't decide which pasta to have as my first course, I asked for a recommendation. I was served an excellent pasta dish with ricotta cheese, truffles and local sausage.
This was followed by a tender tagliata with truffle sauce.
All this at a reasonable, fair price

We loved everything at this charming small restaurant run by a super nice couple: the beautiful surroundings, the absolutely great food (I highly recommend the truffle dishes), the service, the highly reasonable prices. A gem within a gem - we’ll be sure to come back next time we visit spectacular Spoleto.

A very welcoming and quaint place, with stone walls and the atmosphere of a true Umbrian osteria. We started with the charcuterie and cheese platter, which was truly excellent: quality ingredients, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Then came two casarecce alla torcina and a typical Spoleto dish, strangozzi alla spoletina, all very good and carefully prepared. The portions were adequate and the flavors authentic. The staff wasn't particularly warm, but they were friendly. Overall, we had a great time and truly enjoyed our meal.

As a tourist, at lunchtime and without booking a place in advance, I found myself asking several restaurants if they offered lunch, and this one said yes. I ate simple, good dishes, nothing special. The menu was limited. The place is small, with only a few seats inside (about 20) and a few outside on the street. A very disappointing note: to use the bathroom, you have to climb a very narrow spiral staircase, the same one the waitress uses to fetch the dishes from the kitchen.
In my opinion, the prices are a bit high for the quantity and quality of the food. Paying a cover charge for a table that doesn't even have a tablecloth, just a plastic placemat and paper napkin, seems downright excessive.

Excellent cuisine and excellent food quality. The owner was very kind and found us a spot outside even though the place was packed. We had a great time. Recommended for a break in Spoleto.

Excellent restaurant. From starter to dessert, it was flawless.
Ricotta and Parmesan flan, steak with truffle cream, local chocolate dessert.
Definitely not disappointed.

Ho pranzato qui la scorsa domenica con un'amica, e ci è piaciuto un sacco! Abbiamo apprezzato molto le spiegazioni (non richieste) della proprietaria sul servizio ai tavoli un po' rallentato. Quindi, il ristorante è da elogiare anche per la correttezza nei confronti del cliente. Abbiamo preso un primo (strangozzi al tartufo), salsicce arrostite e cicoria ripassata, accompagnati da un grechetto alla mescita ottimo. Davvero consigliato!
