19/02/2025: Pizzeria located in a fairly busy area, difficult to miss. Very nice and well-kept place, style very reminiscent of Neapolitan pizzerias. Menu that presents interesting proposals (perhaps too many) including appetizers, first courses and also some other proposals such as salads or vegetarian burgers, and even some cuts of meat. The most interesting thing in my opinion, however, remains the pizza. We start with being able to choose between 5 different types of dough (classic Neapolitan, Roman, wholemeal,...), then moving on to the list of revisited classics, gourmet and white pizzas. I tried their revisited Diavola and the pizza with stuffed crust and burrata (Neapolitan dough). Excellent ingredients, properly cooked pizza, melting dough; only note: the devil was very little spicy in my opinion (personal taste).
To finish we tried some desserts, all made by them, and here unfortunately I have to make more than one note: the tiramisu was quite soaked in coffee in some places and in others the biscuit was dry; the chocolate salami had coffee inside and perhaps this should be said to the customer, given that there may be someone who cannot tolerate caffeine; the decomposed cannoli was good but the ricotta was mixed cow/sheep and (again personal opinion) the doses were much smaller compared to, for example, chocolate salami.
Overall quality/price ratio is also a bit high for what you eat.
