Went to this place based on reviews and looking for pizza. Staff were super friendly. Pizza was the best after 10 days in Italy. Wine was reasonably priced and very good. Looks like the locals flock to this place.

For those who pass by here, it is worth coming to taste the delicious dishes. The food is nothing short of excellent, you can feel the quality of the raw materials. We took several things, appetizer, pizza, steak and side dish and it was all delicious. Impeccable service, courtesy and kindness reign supreme. The place was very well kept and super clean. It's nice to find places like that, where the staff are happy with what they do. And the thing that shocked me most was the bill... for everything we ate, we spent a negligible amount. I will definitely come back, thank you!

We went to dinner for the second time and an inconvenience arose which led us to wait an excessively long time. The owner's reaction to our request was excellent and he solved the problem with professionalism and kindness. He has proven to be a person of depth and value. Our experience went well beyond the undoubted quality of the food served. We will be back as soon as possible

Wonderful tavern! Based on the reviews we read and on the advice of friends we wanted to try this place. Pleasant environment in every respect, refined furnishings, open oven and grill in the restaurant room, an extremely positive note on the staff regarding professionalism, friendliness and friendliness. Large and detailed menu, excellent prices. We had an appetizer, 2 cuts (with lard and chef's) and side dish; starter with delicious products, wonderful cuts and top side dish... what can I say... congratulations to the manager and all the staff! We will definitely return because in Passignano you are a guarantee!

Il Carro è ormai tappa fissa per noi ogni qualvolta ci rechiamo al lago Trasimeno. Personale gentile ed accogliente, atmosfera rilassante. Abbiamo scelto l’antipasto carrettino con un misto di salumi, formaggi e prelibatezze varie di una bontà divina. Pappardelle al ragù considerate tra le più buone mai mangiate idem per la bistecca alla brace. Eccezionale veramente! Vorremmo poter dare la sesta stella! Consigliatissimo

Di passaggio per Perugia abbiamo deciso di prenotare questo locale. Abbiamo preso antipasto, tagliata e pizza… servizio efficiente e familiare. Qualità/prezzo secondo me nn ben bilanciato.
