The space is spacious and clean. Despite the fire, there's absolutely no smell, which isn't a given. The service is exceptionally polite and fast. The meat is excellent. The platters are delicious. We were able to enjoy lunch with my furry friends, and we weren't the only ones. Despite this, I repeat, everything is very clean. Thank you.

We had dinner at this lovely restaurant and had a great time. The pizzas were good and the meat was excellent. The staff was friendly, and despite the restaurant being busy, they were attentive and helpful. I recommend it to everyone!!

Sumptuous appetizers, cold cuts, cheeses, and other dishes, plentiful and of high quality. The house wine is excellent value. The service was a little distracted (understandably) given the busy restaurant, especially on a winter evening in December. The place was welcoming. The pizza was very good, the meat was okay. We'll be back.

We hadn't booked, but they still found a table for four. We tried their fried foods as an appetizer, and they were all excellent, as was the wood-fired pizza, which was delicious! The staff were also friendly.

Two of us had dinner on Sunday evening (the place was half full, and we had reservations in the low season). We had excellent freshly grilled meat, delicious fresh side dishes, and the desserts were equally spectacular, especially the tarte tatin. Unfortunately, the place lacks ventilation; there was a lot of smoke and a smell of grilling, but it was worth it. If I'm in the area again, I'll definitely be back!

Sunday lunch. Spacious place, generous portions, good house red wine. The only complaint is that the lamb was perhaps a little too "ripe," but it was good. There are also plenty of free parking spaces in front of the restaurant.

Hotel La Terrazza Restaurant

06/02/2026: I've stayed at this hotel several times for work. It's an exceptional location, the staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurant serves excellent local specialties (exceptional gnocchi with Taleggio cheese and truffles). The area is also a great place for tourists visiting Assisi.
28/01/2026: A relaxing, satisfying, and comfortable experience December 2025 Hotel La Terrazza deserves the highest praise for the hospitality of its Manager, Antonello Piampiano: a delightful, professional person, brimming with humanity and altruism (the owner himself organizes various charitable activities and special moments together), for the excellent cuisine managed by Leonardo, a highly professional and attentive chef, and for the dining room staff. Also noteworthy is the Wellness Center, which offers a variety of services in a relaxing, rejuvenating, and exclusive atmosphere, at very competitive prices. It is located just steps from the center of Assisi, easily reachable on foot. The large, well-kept garden, with a swimming pool and free and covered parking, further enhances the pleasure of staying at the hotel and in the surrounding area. I highly recommend it! Thank you, Antonello, for the friendship you have given me. A heartfelt thanks, in memory of Davide.

Trattoria L'appennino

13/12/2025: Dinner with two friends after visiting Cascia/Roccaporena. It was my second time there. It's a small, family-run trattoria, serving traditional local dishes, including homemade pasta and meat selected and butchered by the owner, who is also an expert hunter. Keep up the good work until next time!
11/10/2025: Everything was excellent and zero km, only local products, abundant and cooked divinely by the lady, at the end they offered desserts to everyone
