Osteria De Dada' In Spello

Discovered almost by accident, this small restaurant in Spello's historic center is a delightful find. The place is small but very welcoming, with delicious traditional food and excellent service! Highly recommended!

The best way to eat authentic food in Spello

The starters were good, the meat main course was tasteless, I had a slice of veal. The price was good.

Recommended!!! We chose this place by chance, and I must say it was a great choice!!! A small, well-equipped restaurant with a few tables outside, serving authentic local cuisine. We had the OSTERIA PLATE, which includes an appetizer of bruschetta, cured meats, and cheeses, plus a choice of first course. The strangozzi alla norcina were excellent!!!

I'm writing this review while it's still hot. My boyfriend and I went here this evening. We chose this place by chance, but we found a real gem. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the lady serving us was kind and helpful, the service impeccable, and the cuisine authentic and genuine. We're really happy we discovered it, and we'll definitely be back!

Indecisi dove fermarci a mangiare a pranzo, ad istinto abbiamo optato per fermarci in questa osteria. Ci è piaciuto da subito la semplicità e la classicità del locale che però ha carattere. Ci siamo seduti all' esterno in un piccolo e stretto vicolo dove però siamo stati comodi e non disturbati da nessun passante. Era orario di pranzo e faceva molto caldo ma nel vicoletto tirava una leggera arietta che non ci ha fatto patire per nulla la temperatura estiva e abbiamo evitato molto volentieri l'aria condizionata, che in questa osteria comunque non c'è. La signora che ci ha servito è una donna di poche pippe, gentile e indaffarata. Il servizio è stato veloce e direi buono. Abbiamo mangiato due antipasti e due primi molto buoni strangozzi con stracciatella e tagliatelle con chianina bianca, che però mi sono dimenticata di fotografare perché appena appoggiati sul tavolo ce li siamo mangiati. Abbiamo bevuto solo acqua perché poi dovevamo rimetterci in auto per spostarci in un altro luogo.
