EXCELLENT PLACE, WELL-KEPT, ELEGANT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, KIND AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING THERE.

The food wasn't bad, but the place is small and without air conditioning. In August, it becomes a test of endurance. It still has the look of a traditional osteria, and will appeal to those who enjoy that kind of food.

A small osteria in the center of Spello! The food quality is excellent, to say the least. We had a great time; the only downside was the lack of air conditioning.

Osteria Dada in Spello is located in the heart of the city, serving home-style cuisine and generous portions. I recommend making a reservation because the place is very small and you might not find a table. The hostess is welcoming, and the service is good.

Small tavern but without air conditioning and when it's hot the fans are useless

A restaurant in the center of Spello, with very few tables. Service is very fast. I recommend booking. The appetizers are top-notch. The arrosticini are delicious.

The owners are wonderful. I had dinner here with my boyfriend yesterday and we were blown away by the simplicity and deliciousness of the food!

Delicious traditional Italian cuisine, good hostess(es) and cook! Exactly what you expect in a Trattoria/Osteria! Reservations are a must. We have eaten here twice, really tasty!

I would have gladly given an extra star for the service and ambiance, but unfortunately, we found ourselves dining in a very small restaurant without air conditioning (they said it was broken). However, the delicious food alone isn't enough to justify a positive experience. Portable air conditioning would have been sufficient, not a desk fan. The prices are excellent; perhaps offering a bottle of cold water would have been a way to apologize for the inconvenience. Otherwise, there's nothing to complain about; the first and second courses are truly excellent, the meat cooked to perfection and flavorful. Given this summer's heat, they should try something else. I recommend making a reservation, given the limited availability, but weather aside, I recommend going. We'll be back, perhaps when it's cooler.
