This restaurant serves excellent food, all locally sourced. It's a shame it doesn't have extractor fans, and when you leave, the food stinks everywhere!

We decided to eat at this osteria thanks to the many positive reviews.
We were very happy and satisfied.
The owners were lovely, kind, lively, and fun.
The dishes were very generous.
It was a bit like being at a grandmother's or aunt's house.
They made us laugh with their simplicity and the pleasure of tasting local, heartfelt products.
The price was very fair.
And then... there's a very funny sign in the bathroom 🤣🤣.
We'll definitely be back, but it's best to book.

My partner and I, visiting Spello, stopped here for a quick lunch. The atmosphere is small and quaint. Service is informal. The food is good, but the real highlight is the friendly service of the lady in the dining room, along with the cheerful singing of the chef wafting from the kitchen. A delightful experience!

We stayed in Spello and regretted having only eaten once at this "wonderful" osteria. Imola and Donatella are two fantastic hosts, and the place reflects their personalities. We found kindness, empathy, and a great sense of family. Speaking of which, at the end of the dinner, they engaged in a wonderful conversation with us, naturally sharing many topics and exchanging opinions and experiences. Along with the excellent food, traditional with unique flavors, there was a social aspect that immensely enriched the experience. I recommend "de dada'" to everyone, a guarantee from every perspective. See you very soon.

A typical Umbrian trattoria located in the historic center of Spello. A small but charming restaurant, run by a charming and genuine owner. They also offer set menus combining appetizers and first or second courses. Excellent value. Definitely worth a visit if you're in town. I recommend making a reservation if you're visiting on holidays or during particularly busy periods.

A cozy, rustic-style restaurant brimming with atmosphere. Hospitality and friendliness are the order of the day, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of the two wonderful ladies, one in the dining room and the other in the kitchen. We dined there three nights in a row, savoring the menu's specialties, all delicious and served in generous portions. Must-try dishes include the bruschetta platter, local cheeses and cured meats, fried borage, strangozzi with various sauces, sausages cooked in red wine, pork ribs with potatoes, and the mixed dessert platter, which changes every night. Reservations are highly recommended.
