We'd been meaning to visit this restaurant for a while, intrigued by the photos of the dishes and the positive reviews. What can I say....a true experience!!!! A very welcoming place, impeccable service, and an open kitchen. Exceptional dishes, combining tradition and innovation, with prices in line with the high quality offered. We'll definitely be back! We found this restaurant online, but it's small, so you definitely need to book. We had lunch there. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert, everything was delicious, especially the honey-cooked suckling pig and the Roman pala, which was truly phenomenal. Everyone enjoyed the first courses, mine in particular, the rigatoni with flower pesto, zucchini, and tuna tartare, which was truly delicious. As for the prices, I'd say they were fair for the quality of the food!

An unforgettable experience! We ate like we were in a Michelin-starred restaurant, a feast for the palate. Not to mention the owners' hospitality. I highly recommend it! If you're passing through Altamura, it's a must-see.

I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a high-quality experience. The grass-fed meat is top-notch, the spaghetti in bianco is a fairytale worth telling... the cured meats and cheeses made by them are amazing. Thanks for everything to the chef, his sister, and the waiter 😘
