Everything perfect. Refined and quiet environment. Attentive but not intrusive service. Special dishes even if for the desserts I was expecting something more original. All the staff convey care and attention to what they do.

The restaurant has a pleasant and relaxing environment, the open kitchen immerses you in the chef's culinary art. Professional and attentive service. The lunch consumed led us on a journey of balanced aromas and flavours, with first choice raw materials. The first courses are well prepared and harmonious on the palate, the homemade orecchiette with turnip greens, red prawn and crustacean cream are excellent, while the egg tagliatelle with pine nut pesto, scallop and grated black truffle is a symphony of the palate. The well-prepared fried fish, finishing with the very exhilarating panettone. The wine list is well stocked and varied. A small suggestion, the bread, delicious, I would include it in the cover charge. I highly recommend it, also for the excellent balance of quality and price.

I was looking for a restaurant not into the town centre of Altamura and randomly i choose Calvi restaurant between the ones open for lunch. It a was a lucky choice. Excellent food and service. The quality of meals was amazing. The price was in line with the quality. Everything from starters to dessert has been really great. If you like tasting something different from the usual menu , this is the perfect choice. You'll be amazed. Their hand-made bread, simply amazing.

We celebrated my cousin's 40th birthday and they couldn't have made a better choice! The staff were fantastic, making the entire restaurant available to make lunch even more special. Every detail has been carefully taken care of: the impeccable service, the highest quality food and the welcoming and refined atmosphere. The cleanliness and elegance of the venue contributed to making this day unique. Special thanks to the whole team for making my cousin's birthday unforgettable and also our moment together. Atmosfera rilassata, velocità lenta , tutto per meglio gustare i piatti del ristorante. Da una cucina ci si aspetta anche qualche azzardo, qualche nota di diversità che serve per capire, migliorarsi e apprezzare ciò che non si conosce. Nel limite, questo l'ho trovato, ripeto nel limite di una paca sensazione di maestria che si pone come obiettivo il rispetto e la conoscenza. Battuta, diversa dal,solito, taglio grossolano con un condimento olio e sale con maionese di lime, direi ottima scelta, uno di quei piatti che ti lasciano un positivo ricordo e la voglia di ritornare. Pasta con pistacchi e pancetta croccante, delicata, per finire un filetto , anche in questo caso, diverso come preparazione, anche se era un semplice pepe verde, preparazione e cottura ottima. La cantina? Ben fornita, il servizio simpatico e attento.

I confirm the quality and originality of the proposals. For me, an excellent tasting of land appetizers, a delicious first course with pistachio pesto and an extraordinary panettone with candied olives with a very tasty pine nut ice cream. In this period of fatty eating, we have not been able to taste particular and delicious fish dishes and more that have passed in front of us to delight the palates of other tables. Highly recommended for those who love tasting quality and refined food in an elegant yet welcoming environment.

Abbiamo pranzato un giorno infrasettimanale. Abbiamo gustato diverse pietanze tra cui l'insalata sfiziosa, polpette di ricciola che non ci hanno convinti, i tortellini alla moda di Bologna, doppia panna, noce moscata e pepe, un cavatellino a mano con burro all'alloro e triglia.
