We stumbled upon it by chance and were pleasantly surprised by the quality and preparation of the dishes.
The name seemed like ordinary dishes, but the taste was anything but.
If you want to try something special, this is the perfect place.
Unfortunately, I didn't have the chance to taste the wines.
The bread was also very good. The small dessert with coffee was much appreciated.
We'll be back.

Every time I go back I always wonder why it doesn't have a Michelin star yet, because from the service to the food everything is almost perfect. Even the furniture; although the series of ancient Roman style busts could make it slip into kitsch, it instead gives it a touch of class.
The à la carte proposal is excellent with land and sea dishes where the quality of the product is enhanced by the chef with innovative proposals, even if there always remains a connection to the local cuisine. High-level wine list, with important labels. The selection of spirits is amazing with a real gem in the Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue. A real pleasure to be guided in the choice of wine.
