Every time I go back I always wonder why it doesn't have a Michelin star yet, because from the service to the food everything is almost perfect. Even the furniture; although the series of ancient Roman style busts could make it slip into kitsch, it instead gives it a touch of class. The à la carte proposal is excellent with land and sea dishes where the quality of the product is enhanced by the chef with innovative proposals, even if there always remains a connection to the local cuisine. High-level wine list, with important labels. The selection of spirits is amazing with a real gem in the Bas Armagnac Dartigalongue. A real pleasure to be guided in the choice of wine.

Osteria Callegherie Locale accogliente e rilassante Servizio eccellente ed avvolgente Cucina sfiziosa e sorprendente E.......se poi in questa cucina entri di soppiatto evitando la comanda e ti appoggi ai consigli giornalieri dello chef,il tutto diventa insuperabile. A tutti Voi, che a questo angolo di pace date luce e vita, rivolgo i miei complimenti e un grazie.

Siamo state a cena qualche sera fa per la prima volta. Personale molto professionale, attento alle esigenze del cliente e molto gentile. I piatti veramente ottimi, materie prime eccellenti, torneremo molto volentieri. Lo consiglio vivamente.

16/02/2025: Complete butcher's shop located in the center of the ancient quadrilateral, the beating heart of my city. The Florentine cows are fantastic, one of the best cow breeds on the market. The boiled meat is from the school of Bolognese cuisine. Excellent and tender white meats, starting with chickens and turkeys and then continuing with rabbits etc.etc. You have to try everything. He deserves it. I forgot: they also have a rotisserie section with tortellini and other Bolognese delicacies. For me, who lives in San Lazzaro, it is an obligatory and mandatory stop to be able to stop by Mattia and Fabiano at least once a week. They are my real pharmacists! Pier
