Helpful and kind people, even though we had not booked they satisfied our every need, there were 5 of us and they had many reservations. Excellent quality of food, both meat and fish. Welcoming and very clean environment

A dinner worthy of the place in a warm and chic environment

We chose Osteria Antica Piazzetta almost by chance because it is close to the Sanctuary of San Pio, during a visit to San Giovanni Rotondo, and we can say without hesitation that it was one of the most pleasant gastronomic experiences of our trip. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the staff was kind, helpful and attentive to every need, ready to expertly recommend local dishes. The menu is a perfect balance between tradition and creativity. The products are very fresh and you can taste the quality in every course. We particularly appreciated the homemade first courses, the superb broad beans with chicory and the cod “arrecanato” cooked to perfection and accompanied by seasonal side dishes. The desserts also deserve a special mention: simple, genuine and delicious. Good value for money, especially considering the quality of the food and service. Highly recommended for those who want to taste real Apulian cuisine in an authentic and refined environment.

Service a bit distracted, a barely adequate appetizer (in S. Giovanni they produce a fantastic mozzarella, we were served a tasteless one. First course with tomato pH 4, and mixed roast neither infamy nor praise.

Osteria found thanks to a search with excellent reviews. I must say that the impression was very positive. The dishes were varied and well presented both tetra and seafood as well as being abundant in portions. The environment was pleasant and the service attentive and fast. Excellent experience.

Ristorante situato a circa 700mt dalla chiesa di Padre Pio. Il locale è ampio, pulito ed elegante. Personale molto gentile. I piatti da noi scelti ci sono piaciuti, ma non li ricorderemo. Il primo era un po' salato, mentre la grigliata un po' deludente, piccoli pezzetti di carne e non di qualità. Prezzi nella media.

Ottima scelta, trovato per caso , ci sono stato 2 volte in 15 giorni. Una tagliata di tonno rucola e pomodorini veramente fatta bene ! Dolci della casa top !!!! Complimenti.
