It's our point of reference in San Giovanni Rotondo, delicious broad beans and chicory! I recommend it for the excellent value for money and the beverage menu.

A classy restaurant for gourmets, not an Osteria as the name of the place suggests. The rooms both externally and internally are clean and well-ordered. The meat and fish dishes are of quality and freshness. After I went for lunch, being satisfied, I also decided for dinner, enjoying and alternating both meat and fish dishes. The choice of both regional and non-regional wines is well assorted for any dish, as well as the local red one. Everything is good from starters, first courses, second courses, side dishes and desserts. Excellent value for money, as is the table service with friendly and attentive staff. I will return and recommend it.

Cozy place, family atmosphere. Owner Michele is always very kind, full of advice and suggestions on dishes to order. I always happily come back every time I'm in San Giovanni Rotondo. MUST TRY. I returned on Easter evening 2025, with family. I found confirmation regarding the courtesy in Michele's welcome, very kind, helpful and very efficient staff. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was very good and appreciated, both visually and in terms of taste and flavours. Highly recommended.

Ristorante situato a circa 700mt dalla chiesa di Padre Pio. Il locale è ampio, pulito ed elegante. Personale molto gentile. I piatti da noi scelti ci sono piaciuti, ma non li ricorderemo. Il primo era un po' salato, mentre la grigliata un po' deludente, piccoli pezzetti di carne e non di qualità. Prezzi nella media.

Restaurant located about 700m from the Padre Pio church. The room is large, clean and elegant. Very kind staff. We liked the dishes we chose, but we won't remember them. The first was a little salty, while the grilled one was a little disappointing, small pieces of meat and not of good quality. Average prices.

Our experience was certainly positive. Excellent value for money and well-kept environment. Not the usual restaurant with a tourist menu. Very helpful and friendly staff. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer and a big applause to the owner who gave them to us to take away so we could taste the biscuits she made.

Ottima scelta, trovato per caso , ci sono stato 2 volte in 15 giorni. Una tagliata di tonno rucola e pomodorini veramente fatta bene ! Dolci della casa top !!!! Complimenti.

01/05/2025: We are a Sardinian couple and we have always wanted to go and try this place since it was in the old location. After years we finally tried it and since then we continue to go there and recommend it to friends. Delicious and carefully cooked dishes, decidedly fair waiting times between one course and another. They have a variety of very good local wines available and always know how to recommend the best to you. The service leaves no room for complaints, they are always kind, friendly and welcoming. The environment itself is very quiet, even when the place is full. There are several tables but given the quality of the place I always book in advance. 😊 I would like to recommend one dish in particular but it's all good. Last time I took the cod as a starter and the sea bass au gratin as a second course, while my son finished his huge plate of orecchiette. 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟 they are more than deserved.
