Very intimate, discreet atmosphere. The dining room staff is courteous and friendly. The food is impeccable, alternative, and offers dishes that are outside of the usual tradition.

A somewhat secluded restaurant, but intimate and rather minimalist. The food is truly excellent, with unusual yet well-balanced combinations. Even though I'm not a meat fan, I really enjoyed the Fassona steak on a bed of asparagus. The focaccia and appetizers were exquisite. The bunet cream with zabaglione ice cream was delicious. The service was attentive and unobtrusive.

A great discovery moment at the heart of Alba! We were there for one night and searched for something simple but exceptionnal and here it was! Dishes were really researched, with selected ingredients and service was perfect (great wine choice) I recommand for every epicurian type of people who's searching for a fine place

13/06/2026: Beautiful place nestled in the hills, a bit remote, but a refuge nonetheless. We had the €50 fixed menu, and everything was truly delicious. The meat was super tender, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The appetizers were delicious (I was amazed by the beef sausage). The wine was quality (you can drink as much as you like). Dessert and limoncello were included, and they were also delicious.
06/06/2026: We visited this restaurant and ate truly exceptional meat, cooked to perfection and rich in flavor. The atmosphere was delightful: a welcoming environment, ideal for enjoying a relaxing dinner. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, making the experience even more satisfying. A place definitely worth trying. It's a bit isolated, but the drive is worth it. Next time, I'll stay in a bungalow. 😍

13/07/2026: If you're looking for quality meat, you can't go wrong here. We've eaten at this restaurant twice now, and in addition to the attention to detail inside and out, the food is exceptional. You don't choose what to eat, they choose... but trust me, you'll always have plenty of seasonal vegetables and quality meat. Finish with desserts that are always unique and delicious. Service: remember, you're in the Maira Valley, a rugged, rugged, and difficult land, yet wonderfully surprising... and you'll also find this in the souls and personalities of its inhabitants.
09/07/2026: Excellent meat served with three side dishes, very friendly staff, and a family atmosphere! Highly recommended!
