I was looking for an unusual dinner place that wasn't as traditional as most restaurants in Alba. Found this restaurant. Quite honestly it was a very welcome diversion from the regular cuisine. Osteria is actually a bit hidden the door is quite nondescript and because of that a bit hard to find so looking for an OM sign is a need. The decor is quite modern and menu while not very large is very good at showcasing the local cuisine as well as adding some novel dishes that accent the local cuisine. This probably one of the best "Plim" I've had in Alba though.

Located close to the pedestrian area, it offers parking in the area. The room is well furnished both inside and outside, the size of the room is small, this to the advantage of intimacy. The dishes are a mix of tradition with Asian influences that make the dishes original and always balanced. Good wine list with choices for all budgets. Quality cutlery place settings. Very elegant place, perhaps just a little dark but with a great atmosphere. Friendly and very competent staff, high-level food with extremely refined presentations. Really top!

As soon as you enter OM, at first glance, you immediately understand that the customer is an honored guest. Soft lights, ambient music, tables set with care but in a minimal way. Any request is fulfilled by an attentive, kind and trained staff. The best, however, comes with the food. Quality, inventiveness and art that wink at tradition. Modern Osteria is an experience you never want to leave.

I liked it a lot. The place is not very large but welcoming and well-kept. Very helpful people and remarkable dishes
