I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience was truly excellent. The food was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and very fresh ingredients. The authentic flavor and impeccable presentation. The location is extraordinary: the atmosphere, especially with the outdoor tables, is very suggestive and makes everything even more pleasant. The environment is refined and welcoming, with truly special attention to detail. It is a restaurant where it is really worth going.

Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questo ristorante e l'esperienza è stata davvero eccellente. Il cibo era delizioso, con piatti preparati con cura e ingredienti freschissimi. Il sapore autentico e la presentazione impeccabile. La location è straordinaria: l'atmosfera, in particolare con i tavoli all'aperto, è molto suggestiva e rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. L'ambiente è raffinato e accogliente, con un'attenzione ai dettagli davvero speciale. È un ristorante dove vale davvero la pena andare.

The starter and Chianina steak were good, as was the glass of Sagrantino di Montefalco. The restaurant is well located in the center of Gubbio, with friendly, non-intrusive staff.

The menu is varied and refined. I would have expected a little more "presentation" on the plate (of the trio of cheeses one of those I chose was not available, but I don't know what it was replaced with). Overall, however, the environment and quick service were good

Suggestive location in the heart of Gubbio. Excellent food, especially the crescia di Gubbio and the tagliatelle with local truffles. Excellent quality/price. Courteous and quick service, an additional credit to the owner: truly professional. If you stop in Gubbio, it's really worth stopping here.

Ristorante "de charme" molto conosciuto in zona, la sua fama lo precede. Bella la location sul ponte d San Martino, interni arredati con gusto seguendo uno stile ben preciso dove moderno e tradizione vengono mixati sapientemente. Menù altrettanto ricercato seguendo la stessa "linea editoriale" dell'arredamento. Impiattamento molto curato, i piatti al palato esplodono d sapore, materie prime d alta qualità. Servizio cortese e attento, conto commisurato alla location e al tipo d ristorazione scelto dalla proprietà, cioè d estrema qualità, stile ed attenzione (inoltre mi è stato fatto anche uno sconto molto molto gradito). Unica cosa che mi permetto d suggerire, visto che siamo a Gubbio, dove qualità e quantità vanno spessissimo a braccetto, è quella d aumentare leggermente le quantità delle porzioni, l'estetica e lo stile nn ne risentirebbero e la pancia ringrazierebbe. In ogni caso top.

The location on the San Martino bridge is beautiful, tastefully furnished interiors following a very specific style where modern and tradition are expertly mixed. Equally sophisticated menu following the same "editorial line" as the decor. Very careful plating, the dishes explode with flavor on the palate, high quality raw materials. Courteous and attentive service, bill commensurate with the location and type of restaurant chosen by the property, i.e. of extreme quality, style and attention (furthermore I was also given a very welcome discount). The only thing I would suggest, given that we are in Gubbio, where quality and quantity very often go hand in hand, is to slightly increase the quantity of portions, the aesthetics and style would not be affected and the stomach would thank you. Excellent place, where the typical cuisine of Gubbio meets modern cuisine!!! Stunning place located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Gubbio. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

We stayed very well. The prices may seem a little high but the dishes are all worth it. Congratulations also to the service. Super recommended stop if you are passing through Gubbio!
