Everything was very good, truly top-notch. Excellent food, attentive service, and a great atmosphere. The first courses were excellent, as was the meat, excellent quality and carefully prepared.

A refined restaurant in the heart of the city center, offering traditional Umbrian cuisine with a contemporary twist, style, and sophistication. The ingredients are high-quality, and the cuisine is meticulously presented. The staff are friendly, and the ambiance is elegant and modern (even too modern). It's certainly a great alternative to the traditional restaurants that populate the city center. The wine list is adequate.

We had lunch on January 1st. The service was perfect and fast, and the guy who served us was very friendly. The owner was very kind. We had tagliolini with truffles. We'll definitely be back again.

We stopped at this restaurant by chance. We realized it wasn't your typical Umbrian osteria, but something more. Despite this, the place is very beautiful and perfect for those seeking a balance between attention to detail and good food. We were looking for more basic places, but in the end it was a lovely discovery. We were rewarded with excellent service from the very generous and kind staff, especially with the glasses of wine that accompanied us throughout the dinner. Thanks again. Their mixed platter was a lovely discovery, as was their unexpected entree: breadsticks with onion-infused butter and warm bread, all homemade. Afterwards, we continued with a truly excellent mushroom risotto, delicate and enveloping at the same time. Well done!

The Fonduta Di Fontina was simply remarkable....probably not the healthiest dish I've ever consumed, but better than any dessert. Overall food was good, service great and a nice atmosphere. The lamp chops were very thin, but tasty. My wife had the risotto con funghi and was purring. We shall return.

As always, a sure thing! Delicious food, extremely kind and knowledgeable staff, elegant and welcoming venue. We ate excellent white truffle, and the beef and pancetta skewer won us over! They also offer delicious gluten-free options. You can see the pursuit of perfection in every detail and the passion for this profession. Highly recommended!

As they say in Rome, SO MUCH!!! We were pleasantly surprised, a niche restaurant with innovative yet simple dishes. My husband said the skewer was the best dish he's ever eaten in his life. We'll definitely be back ❤️
