Excellent restaurant, friendly staff, and a lovely place to eat. We had lunch outside in the little square near the canal. Wide selection of wines.

Extremely kind and welcoming staff. Exceptional food with truly high-quality traditional dishes. The wine recommended to us was very good. The interior is well-maintained, with excellent choice of furnishings and colors.

We ate here twice, lunch and dinner, and each time it was an unforgettable experience. Authentic yet refined Umbrian food, with truffle dishes highly recommended. Their egg with truffle counts among the best dishes I’ve had in a long traveling career. Very nice staff, pleasant terrace on a charming medieval lane and elegant interior.

I had dinner outdoors this evening. A truly high-end dinner. Delicious food and equally good wine. A special mention goes to Nicolai, who looked after us so professionally. As Borghese would say: ten!

Very friendly staff, and the menu offers a varied selection of local dishes. I recommend the local crescia, or the sliced Chianina beef served with baked potatoes on the side.

Quick lunch for two after visiting the city. Very nice atmosphere and professional and kind staff. Good omelette with truffle and equally good torta al testo with porchetta and roast potatoes.

Modern restaurant that offers a revisited typical cuisine. Excellent cellar. Not too much choice on the menu but well selected. Fantastic capon ravioli. Very good meat and truly special truffle tiramisu.
