Let me start by saying that we came last year in the summer and it was a completely different service, it was certainly not Sunday, so less crowds and more attention, and above all a liveable environment unlike today, a COLD place to say the least, with 10 degrees outside so needless to say there was snow. We ate on the run to try to digest. Menu at €55 must be made for the whole table and above all you must choose the same 4 dishes for the whole table, something that was not mentioned last year, in fact I came back for this very reason. However, I'll make it short for 3 of which the little girl ate only one first course and with a glass of wine, €158 seems a bit excessive to me, given that we left hungry given the ridiculous portions. Tagliata €25 of 150 grams, first courses that you can't even taste and desserts as well. I don't doubt the quality but at this price to eat well you have to spend €100 per person and NOT stay IN THE COLD!!! Never again!!! It's a shame because the cuisine deserves it, the chef should perhaps increase the portions and the room should somehow heat the rooms more! I forgot, they work shifts, so either you go by 12.30pm maximum or after 2pm, in short, at this price, there is better!!!

Extremely overpriced for Gubbio.
An appetiser is around 16€.
The first time I went there was much choice in the menu.
This time they had a carpaccio and a tartare selection (which not everyone likes) and another 2 appetisers.
Very poor choice in appetisers, a bit delusional.
I couldn’t find a nice taste in any of the dishes as the flavour wasn’t there.
The fonduta wasn’t really a fonduta (I couldn’t taste any cheese in it).
The cavolfiore was actually a romanesco broccolo. And the truffle didn’t had any taste, I think was frozen.
The main course (the tagliata) had a hair into it (mistakes can happen but from a high end restaurant I don’t expect this).
The dessert seemed more like a jelly than an actual cream dessert.
Overall nice but nothing spectacular.

We wanted to try some meat...If we had only eaten the fillet I would have given 5 stars...really well cooked and the flavor was excellent (top). Not the cut... in our opinion not up to par, not at all soft and not very tasty. Too bad for a waitress who seemed to give herself a tone of superiority... this is the aspect I appreciate least when I frequent "non-touristy" and good quality places like this

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and the experience was truly excellent. The food was delicious, with carefully prepared dishes and very fresh ingredients. The authentic flavor and impeccable presentation.
The location is extraordinary: the atmosphere, especially with the outdoor tables, is very suggestive and makes everything even more pleasant. The environment is refined and welcoming, with truly special attention to detail.
It is a restaurant where it is really worth going.

Ristorante "de charme" molto conosciuto in zona, la sua fama lo precede. Bella la location sul ponte d San Martino, interni arredati con gusto seguendo uno stile ben preciso dove moderno e tradizione vengono mixati sapientemente. Menù altrettanto ricercato seguendo la stessa "linea editoriale" dell'arredamento. Impiattamento molto curato, i piatti al palato esplodono d sapore, materie prime d alta qualità. Servizio cortese e attento, conto commisurato alla location e al tipo d ristorazione scelto dalla proprietà, cioè d estrema qualità, stile ed attenzione (inoltre mi è stato fatto anche uno sconto molto molto gradito). Unica cosa che mi permetto d suggerire, visto che siamo a Gubbio, dove qualità e quantità vanno spessissimo a braccetto, è quella d aumentare leggermente le quantità delle porzioni, l'estetica e lo stile nn ne risentirebbero e la pancia ringrazierebbe. In ogni caso top.
