Very relaxing environment, very kind and elegant staff. Everything we tasted was excellent, from the entrees to the dessert. Norcineria appetizer, quail wellington, stuffed cabbage and tiramisu. Recommended, average prices for the quality offered.

Nice place along the street furnished with taste and elegance. Impeccable and quick service, excellent dishes from appetizers to coffee. Medium-high prices but adequate for what we tasted. Highly recommended

Nice restaurant, known in the area, with a nice presence but the dishes are not of the same quality: poor starter, first courses without fame or praise, Chianina steak nothing special. Dessert (tiramisu) excellent. Unfortunately, the price was really excessive for the quality of the dinner (there were several of us and no one was satisfied).

Il locale si presenta molto bene a prima vista, anche se poi effettivamente in alcuni casi si denota una ricerca anche eccessiva all’immagine di lusso che poi mal si concilia con alcune scelte di arredo.
Degno di nota il menù che non solo propone piatti umbri, ma evidenzia una ricerca costante all’innovazione.
Alcuni piatti davvero ben riusciti (uovo fritto) altri migliorabili, ma solo nel sapore (risotto): azzardando un pò di più nei sapori/spezie visto che il locale si pone, appunto, come meta di innovazione si raggiungerebbe a mio avviso il culmine dell’esperienza.
Lo staff è tutto giovane, disponibile, veloce, gentile.
Il conto é alto, comunque proporzionato al servizio.
In definitiva, il giudizio è comunque ottimo

Excellent experience! Beautiful and refined place in the center of Gubbio! Dinner for 2 people. I ate Tagliatelle with Truffle + Imbrecciata Mista, finishing with Tagliata di Chianina. Bavarian Coffee Cake! Everything excellent and well served! Great Fun!

Elegant and welcoming restaurant in beautiful Gubbio. Interiors that harmoniously and chromatically combine ancient and modern, pleasing to the eye.
Professional and meticulous service.
Remarkable to the eye is the view of the kitchen and the chefs, who are also experts.
The courses are aesthetically pleasing and offer an original flavor together with atypical textures.
Must try: fried egg, tagliatelle with black truffle, mashed potatoes with truffle, sliced Chianina, cauliflower.

We were guests for New Year's Eve dinner with my family (2 adults and 2 girls) and I must say that we were impressed by everything!!! Wonderful courtesy and service, not to mention the dishes of excellent quality with an original taste that makes you want to try everything! Thanks to everyone and congratulations!
