I ate excellent raw ham, although the portion was certainly not large. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The only flaw is that the restaurant isn't air-conditioned.

Trattoria Rapisardi

05/01/2026: It's been years since I've had lunch at a trattoria. The food and staff are exquisite, especially for those who aren't privy to luxury and are looking for local, authentic, home-cooked food. The dining room is a bit cramped, but that's what trattorias are all about. I promised myself I'd return!
07/12/2025: I visited Tratoria Rapisardi yesterday. It has a wonderful family atmosphere. The young owner is a fantastic guy.
