Sono stata alla Martinatica con il mio ragazzo per i miei 30 anni e devo dire che sono rimasta positivamente sorpresa.
Chef impeccabile e servizio eccellente, siamo stati molto bene e consiglio vivamente il menù degustazione 8 portate, sicuramente non uscirete con la fame.
Ne approfitto per ringraziare lo chef che è riuscito a propormi un menù vario e completo nonostante le mie allergie. Può sembrare scontato, ma dato che in tanti posti mi chiedono praticamente di dare disdetta e non andare a cena, a causa delle mie numerose allergie, ho apprezzato molto.

On Sunday evening my wife and I tried this renowned restaurant. The positive impressions begin immediately, large and well-kept private parking with valet; nice comfort! The ancient structure, inside there is a spring with an old mill, is expertly made modern and welcoming. Excellent welcome! Compliments! The menu is discussed at the table with the very dynamic and proactive chef, between personal preferences and a bit of stimulus to delve into new and original flavours. I personally really appreciated it! The quality of the raw materials and the mastery in composing the dishes are beyond question. Everything exceptional! Excellent wine list. I highly recommend it. Small tip: book in advance.

Thanks to the advice of a friend I wanted to discover this restaurant. Everything was perfect: atmosphere, food, courtesy and preparation of the dining room staff. The 8-course tasting menu was chosen together with the chef who was able to make the entire table experience a wonderful journey. The wine list is not very deep but has the right things. Thank you chef Francesco and your staff for the wonderful evening.

An intimate venue created from an old oil mill, the dishes are delicious, presented with great elegance and the combinations of ingredients are surprising. The staff is helpful and competent. Chef Francesco is always available to advise and guide in the gastronomic experience. For the second time I confirm and recommend "la Martinatica" as one of the best restaurants in the area.
