A wonderful discovery! A charming location, a divinely preserved former olive oil mill, which still houses a watermill! The staff welcomes you with kindness and professionalism, and the food is excellent. We enjoyed a tasting menu prepared by the chef. Each dish was a crescendo of flavors, all well-balanced and harmonious! The risotto was delicious, with super umami flavors! The bread was excellent!
It was a pleasure to chat with the chef, who is happy to chat with guests to gain a better understanding of their impressions...
The wine list is excellent!
We'll definitely be back next summer!

Very beautiful place, impeccable staff, excellent food, only one complaint that "ruined the evening":
I booked in October three weeks in advance, specifying the occasion, my wife's 40th birthday, and to anticipate any food intolerances.
As soon as we arrived, they took us to a small room filled with couples. When the chef arrived, my wife received a greeting, and then, after choosing, the service began.
All was well until the desserts arrived. They brought the various desserts to two separate tables around us, along with candles for different events (birthday and anniversary). My wife and I were hoping for the same treatment, but when our desserts arrived... NOTHING.
This left a slight bitter taste in our mouths.

Very nice place, truly fantastic dishes.
I did a tasting menu and loved the fact that the chef and owner (very friendly) came personally to "choose" what to eat together based on personal tastes. The chef visits each table very often to make sure everything is perfect.
The waiters are very professional, but also create a friendly atmosphere; they're very good.
Honestly, I've been to several 1-star restaurants, and this one is no slouch; in fact, I enjoyed all the pairings.
The raw fish is worth trying, and the seafood appetizer was an explosion of flavor.
Congratulations, truly.

Everything was excellent.
A lovely experience with the chef who sat down at your table.
But the prices were perhaps a little too high.
A little less would be enough and it would be top notch.
