On my daughter's recommendation I discovered this restaurant on Saturday. Sublime. Perfect welcome, unique food, extraordinary chef. Dishes prepared with great passion towards the customer......Congratulations

Thanks to the advice of a friend I wanted to discover this restaurant. Everything was perfect: atmosphere, food, courtesy and preparation of the dining room staff. The 8-course tasting menu was chosen together with the chef who was able to make the entire table experience a wonderful journey. The wine list is not very deep but has the right things. Thank you chef Francesco and your staff for the wonderful evening.

An intimate venue created from an old oil mill, the dishes are delicious, presented with great elegance and the combinations of ingredients are surprising. The staff is helpful and competent. Chef Francesco is always available to advise and guide in the gastronomic experience. For the second time I confirm and recommend "la Martinatica" as one of the best restaurants in the area. Very nice environment. Tried both sea and land tasting menus, both did not disappoint expectations. Very attentive and professional staff. Extensive wine list. Chef Francesco puts that something extra into it. Thank you for the great dining experience.

I spent a wonderful evening with my mother to celebrate an event, I breathed in the passion of the chef who often came to the table to have a discussion, doing the same job, having met him gave me energy and I thank him now for this. I recommend this place to those who want to open up to trying a different experience from the usual restaurants.

...in mezzo al nulla assoluto, una stradina...e il ristorante improvvisamente appare...la bellezza è totale e inaspettata con un'accoglienza che non delude l'aspettativa...lo chef è subito presente e il menù praticamente inutile sotto la sua guida...comincia un percorso fra calici sapientemente consigliati e piatti unici fra tradizione e innovazione...dal mare alla terra: capesante, ovuli, ravioli in cacio e pepe, maialino fra oriente e occidente...per finire con un gelato al caprino e una cialda croccante con caramello salato...la perfezione è la chiave di volta e il servizio impeccabile...un ringraziamento speciale a Francesco...

Già arrivando nel parcheggio si ha la percezione di quello che ci aspetterà all' interno !!! Locale molto elegante, con il giusto sottofondo musicale. Il saluto che lo chef riserva ad ogni ospite è molto carino, così come il suo interessamento sui gusti alimentari dei vari commensali. Optato per il menù degustazione 9 portate. Tutto veramente ottimo e fuori dal comune. Particolarissimo il piatto " Il nostro spaghetto ", ma non voglio spoilerare , consiglio l assaggio, perché è un viaggio dei sensi. Non mi hanno, invece, soddisfatto il pre dessert e il dessert; in realtà sono stata piuttosto delusa. Personale attento e gentilissimo. Consigliato.

06/01/2025: I spent a holiday in splendid Lucca and I went to Lombardo for the first time as a test, but immediately won over by the kindness and quality of the food, I planned a second one. So after two days I returned with my wife, the restaurant has a large car park and inside you can enjoy a quiet, almost familiar atmosphere given the kindness of Francesca and Tomas ready to satisfy every need. Yes, I was immediately pleasantly surprised by the quality of the raw materials with which they compose their dishes, always maintaining simplicity and refinement. The quality of the meat is noteworthy, nothing short of exceptional both times. The same goes for the first courses, many entirely self-produced. The same goes for the desserts, another strong point of the restaurant. I don't feel like recommending anything, as everything is really of a high standard, so all the dishes are good enough to satisfy your tastes. I hope to have the opportunity to return soon and on this occasion I thank you again for the hospitality given, we had a very good time! Thank you!
28/12/2024: I had the fortune and pleasure of spending Christmas lunch at this excellent restaurant. Very beautiful place in its simplicity, intimate and elegant, a few steps from Lucca and very close to the Versilia sea. Truly excellent food in every course, with quality raw materials. Note of merit for the staff and the service, a level of courtesy, professionalism and kindness that is difficult to match! Excellent value for money, definitely coming back! Thank you so much 😊
