Reviewing an experience of this caliber is difficult. I believe the location, the dining room where a wonderful lunch or dinner is served, and the dishes themselves speak volumes even more than the reviews themselves. Book and enjoy something unique. Kudos not only to the chef, who, by listening to his guests' preferences, can take you on a unique culinary journey, but especially to the staff, both in the dining room and, above all, in the kitchen. We'll be back... always!

We recently had the pleasure of enjoying lunch at La Martinatica, and it was a truly delightful experience on every level. The moment you arrive, you’re greeted by the peaceful charm of the Tuscan countryside – a setting that immediately invites you to slow down and enjoy the moment. The location strikes a perfect balance between rustic and elegant, with thoughtful details that reflect a deep appreciation for both tradition and contemporary comfort. The service was excellent throughout the entire meal. The staff were warm and attentive, striking just the right tone – always available, but never overbearing. It’s clear that hospitality here is taken seriously, and that every guest is made to feel welcome and relaxed. We were offered a tasting menu personally curated by the chef, and it was an exceptional journey through refined and creative cuisine. The menu included a variety of intriguing elements: delicate raw fish, a luxurious truffle and potato combination, perfectly cooked linguine enriched with miso, followed by bold proteins like bison, suckling pig, and quail. Each dish showcased a clear culinary vision – combining high-quality ingredients with modern technique and thoughtful presentation. Most of the courses stood out for their originality and flavor. The raw fish dish was fresh and balanced, the truffle and potato pairing offered an indulgent yet refined start, – a fusion of umami and elegance. The meats were handled with care, each prepared to highlight their unique character without overpowering the palate. Not every dish was a “wow” moment, but the overall experience remained highly impressive. The few elements that were slightly less impactful didn’t detract from the coherence or enjoyment of the meal – if anything, they underscored the chef’s willingness to take creative risks, which we genuinely appreciated. One of the strengths of La Martinatica is how it combines an ambitious, chef-driven menu with the relaxed charm of its surroundings. There’s no pretension here – just a sincere dedication to quality, creativity, and the pleasure of good food. In conclusion, La Martinatica is a destination worth seeking out – whether you’re a curious gourmet or simply looking for a special meal in a beautiful setting. We left feeling both inspired and satisfied, and would gladly return to discover how the menu evolves with the seasons. Highly recommended.

A wonderful culinary experience in Pietrasanta I visited this restaurant for dinner with my girlfriend. The restaurant is located inside an old olive oil mill, not far from the historic center of Pietrasanta. There's ample parking outside for guests. The interior is spacious and divided into several rooms. Upon entering, you can see a glimpse of the old olive oil mill blade. Each room features artwork. Before we began, we were served an excellent welcome aperitif. Afterward, the chef came to the dining room to listen to our tastes and try to satisfy our needs. I ordered the raw seafood, which I found fantastic. Next, I opted for the lobster, which was perfect and delicious. To conclude the dinner, we had a delicious taco made with almonds, white chocolate, salted caramel, and raspberries. A fantastic and delicious experience, especially thanks to the presence of the chef, who came through the dining room to listen to the various impressions of the guests.

Tried it for the first time and we were super satisfied. Everything was really delicious; we tried the meat dishes and will definitely be back to try the fish. Even though I'm gluten and dairy intolerant, everyone was very attentive to my intolerances. The atmosphere was very nice and the service was excellent. There's also parking.

I found the right combinations in all the courses, balanced and not banal. The location is picturesque, the sound of the internal stream is pleasant.

Il ristorante molto conosciuto per piatti di mare non sfigura assolutamente nel proporre piatti di terra dato che noi abbiamo fatto una scelta di prodotti di sola terra dopo giorni di cibo a base di pesce in Versilia. Tutto più che buonissimo ma il finale ci ha sorpreso con un dolce a dir poco favoloso. Servizio accurato ed un particolare grazie allo chef Francesco per i suoi consigli. A presto.

Il locale è curato e di classe ma senza esagerazioni. Menù degustazione con abbinamento di calici, tutte le pietanze ottime, in alcuni casi eccezionali. Il vino sempre perfettamente abbinato. Staff preparatissimo. Tempi giusti e gradita attenzione. Per lo chef una menzione a parte: oltre le evidenti doti culinarie sa far sentire ogni cliente al centro dell’attenzione. Tornerò sicuramente
