I wish I could give not just 5 stars but many more to a restaurant where you go not to "eat" but to be thrilled with every single bite, to savor the dishes prepared with absolute mastery by Chef Francesco. With kindness and passion, he explained his dishes to us step by step, supported by his always helpful but never overbearing staff. A fairytale.

A truly memorable experience in Pietrasanta. Each course was a small work of art, meticulously crafted and refined in flavor.
We were particularly impressed by the creativity of the appetizers. The composition served on small white plates was exquisite, with an elegant touch of gold leaf perfectly enhancing the presentation. A surprising balance of flavors.
I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking refined cuisine. We will definitely be back to discover other creations on the menu.

Excellent anniversary dinner. Excellent location; the former mill is truly charming and in a truly peaceful setting. It's very popular, so book in advance. Impeccable, very attentive service. We opted for the 9-course tasting menu. The food was good. Prices weren't that high overall. I expected worse, and that's a very positive thing. The cuisine still needs a little more work to earn a Michelin star.

Everything is balanced between culture, romance, well-organized service, and a very kind and attentive staff.
Chef Francesco, with his presence at the tables to offer necessary advice and suggestions, stands out in a special way.
The fully transparent cuisine makes the concept of transparency even more appreciated.
The quality of the dishes and the art with which they are prepared reach a high level of gastronomic excellence, and the wine pairings suggested by the Sommelier are of the highest rigor and quality.
The Q/P ratio is excellent.
I consider it the place for those who desire the respect that food and wine demands.
