21/12/2025: Excellent food with an open kitchen. Original and sophisticated menu. Beautiful venue. I would improve the service: I had to wait quite a while before anyone asked if I wanted a drink or if I was ready to order. Overall, one of my favorite restaurants in Palermo.

From the soft and enveloping bao to the surprising tacos, from the warm bread with truffle butter—pure poetry—to the intense and elegant calamarata, each course is an explosion of authentic, balanced, and memorable flavors. The finale is no exception: the dessert caps the experience with refinement and character, leaving that rare sensation of something truly special from start to finish. A sincere and special thanks goes to Tony, whose welcome, professionalism, and attentiveness made us feel at home, even though it was our first time here.
