We took the pizzas that were good for the quality of the dough and the use of ingredients. Too bad for the slightly thick cut of the raw ham and for the raw and unsalted French fries.
Even though we were in the center, the place does not have a nice location as it is located in an area without a view and the tables placed under an unfortunate cover, however improved compared to previous times.
Annoying moment during the surprise celebration for the birthday of the owner's daughter, as the commotion of the participants, during our dinner, disturbed everyone.
The owner should have provided, in addition to the apology for the commotion, a piece of cake for everyone (at that time there were not many of us). It would have been a nice and expected gesture. On the bill only a discount of 3 euros; they could have offered the bitters to apologize for the noise and the mistake on the fries.

We're sitting at A Paranza again and we're thrilled!
What we didn't know before: The restaurant only opened in October under new management – so there's been a change of ownership. Unfortunately, this change wasn't correctly reflected on Google, so the negative reviews from the previous owners are still visible and paint a false picture.
Our impression: excellent food, friendly service, and an all-around harmonious concept.
All the dishes – from sophisticated pasta dishes with fish to fine fish and meat dishes to fresh oysters from France – impress with their quality and flavor. Even the pizza is light, wholesome, and simply delicious. A definite reason to come here!
The value for money is also absolutely perfect.
We'll definitely be back – and hope that more people will soon discover the true quality of the new A Paranza!

All dishes – from refined pasta with fish to exquisite fish and meat mains, even fresh oysters from France – are outstanding in quality and taste. Even the pizza is light, easy to digest, and simply delicious. A truly compelling reason to come here!
The price-performance ratio is also absolutely fair and reasonable.
We’ll definitely be back – and we hope more people discover the real quality of the new A Paranza!

I was looking for a place to eat a schiacciata or a gluten-free pizza here in Cefalù. The schiacciata dough was fantastic, it's not easy to find a place that makes such a gluten-free dough, super satisfied!

We got into this place by chance as the good places were all packed. Honestly, it was perfect. First, super fair prices. Second, good service. Third, we sat outdoors in a nice roomy area in a hot summer night. And fourth, the pizzas and the one antipasto we ordered were super OK. How could I complain?
