A perfect dinner at this Sardinian restaurant, where the quality of the seafood and the attention to detail truly make the difference. The raw fish appetizers were a real surprise: incredibly fresh, beautifully presented, and rich in flavor. You can taste the quality of the produce and the expert craftsmanship in the kitchen. The first courses were equally excellent, with refined yet never forced pairings—a cuisine that celebrates tradition without sacrificing a creative touch. A special mention to the waiter Franco, who made the evening even more enjoyable: kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and always with a smile. He provided us with perfect advice on both the menu and local wines. A restaurant that combines excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended for those seeking a true Sardinian gastronomic experience.

Number 1. Better to book, the place is always full.

Very well-kept restaurant, excellent service (the staff are fantastic, and I've seen with my own eyes behavior that's hard to find in mid- to high-end restaurants like this). Now let's move on to the food. Looking at the menu and calculating the price of the dish (€25 per person, min. 2 people), the Mamas seafood appetizer catches my eye, which in my opinion should be the restaurant's signature dish. We order it, thinking we're eating something that will send you into total ecstasy when you put it in your mouth?! But unfortunately, that's not the case 😩. It's good, but it doesn't justify the €50 you spend on a dish that costs no more than €18 per person. The highlight, in my opinion, is the first course (we're here now, worth the money!), excellent and tasty! For the second course, we only had the tuna, but it was good and well-cooked. The siadas were good, but even that, in my opinion, was too expensive, and I firmly believe that the siadas served in this and other restaurants in the area are the ones from the supermarket, because they're fresh and artisanal, and that's another thing. The first courses were excellent, the porceddu was nothing special.

We had a wonderful experience at Mama’S Restaurant during our holiday in Budoni. The food is reasonably priced, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious — I had the tagliolino with shrimp one evening and the pasta with clams on another, both fantastic. My partner and I also tried the tuna (twice!) and it was simply divine. The staff are very professional and welcoming — a special thanks to Salvatore and the team for making both our visits so enjoyable. The location is fantastic, easy to reach with convenient parking, and the atmosphere is warm and romantic, perfect for a couple’s dinner. We loved it so much we came back twice, and we’ll definitely return on our next trip to Sardinia!

The best pasta we've ever had. We ordered pistachio and red shrimp noodles and Malloreddus. It was delicious. The location was beautiful, and the service was unbeatable. Thanks to all the waiters and chefs for the incredible service. Hugs from Spain.
