Excellent Piedmont cuisine and a good regional and national wine selection.
Very rich breakfast by Italian standards. Functional hotel rooms, everything very clean and well maintained.
Very nice location on the mountain with the namesake chapel.

A wonderful hotel and restaurant in the middle of the hills near Cessole. The restaurant is excellent, run with a lot of love, very attentive staff and delicious Piedmontese dishes. The rooms offer everything you need, have a spacious bathroom/shower/toilet and also air conditioning. Everything is very clean. What should be particularly highlighted is the very friendly staff. It has plenty of parking spaces and a great view of the valley and Cessole. Good starting point for cities such as Acqui Terme, Alessandria, Asti, Alba etc.

Traditional ravioli al plin served on SUPERLATIVE tablecloth, excellent wine and very kind staff (who speak English well). The starters and desserts are also noteworthy: the moscato tiramisu is divine.

A fantastic lunch in an enchanting place, surrounded by greenery and peace. We ate very well, the agnolotti del plin al napkin were unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Je komt dit plekje niet zomaar tegen je rijdt er op aanraden per se naar toe. En dan krijg je ook wat lekkers. Lokaal eten, lokale wijnen. Topkwaliteit. Gezellig buitenterras, vriendelijke bediening met een lach, attent. Wijnkenners. Uniek plekje bij kerkje.

We have eaten here twice during our recent visit. We come here every time we stay in Cessole. A family business that delivers excellent food and wine good prices.
Al la carte today we each had five anti pasti that were all tasty. My wife delights in the Agnolli al plin served on a napkin which she has had previously. My son and I had tortellini, he with nut sauce and myself with butter and sage. All very good. The local wine list is extensive and excellent. Two of the producers we have gone on to buy their over the past sixteen years!
The large cheese board with at least twelve cheeses in age order and alternating cow and goat was great fun.
We hope to return.
