We arrived and the welcome was decidedly friendly. The menu is explained verbally and we chose hot starters (cereal soup, braised meat and kebabs with chickpeas and onions), 2 malatagliati with venison sauce, 2 glasses of red wine. It was all delicious and genuine. After leaving a tip the restaurateur gave us a bottle of house wine. Highly recommended

Champagne rose"per iniziare,minestra di grani antichi con frutti di bosco, maialino stufato con vellutata di verdure e frutta secca, fettuccine castagne, tartufo e salsiccia, brasato di vitello con trio di contorni di stagione, profiterol e rum come conclusione di un pranzo spettacolare.

Serata straordinaria attraverso un'esperienza emozionale grazie all'associazione di sommelier "ASSOMARSO" che in collaborazione con il critico enologico e lo chef Sandro Baliva hanno dato luogo ad una serata magica,una verticale di Montepulciano Emidio Pepe con 6 annate diverse e di cui due con ben 20 anni di invecchiamento il tutto intervallato e abbinato a delle vere leccornie preparate dallo chef di casa.Spettacolare il premiatissimo piatto vincitore del premio Marsicaland appositamente aggiornato con l' aggiunta di frutti di bosco e abbinato ad una delle più delle giovani annate di Montepulciano. Per chi è di casa qui oltre alla calorosa accoglienza che si riceve è possibile fare esperienze emozionali con piatti come "il raviolo",un tribudio di sapori , ricotta di Farindola, un cenno di Gorgonzola avvolto in una granella di mandorle bianche ,oppure la tagliatella in doppio strato con diversi impasti legate in un intreccio di tartufo e salsiccia e che dire dei secondi ma non vorrei spoileriare le splendide sorprese che vi aspettano perché Sandro saprà condurvi in questo viaggio emozionale .Se cercate la qualità,piatti che interpretano il territorio e la tradizione saggiamente rivisitati , La locanda Madonna delle Vigne è la tua metà non perderti questa opportunità ma un consiglio ricordati sempre di prenotare.

Traditional dishes revisited by the chef with great professionalism, making the gastronomic experience unique and memorable. Legume and pork appetizers are ancient recipes to be protected. The choice of meat is tender and carefully surrounded.
The innkeeper (or simply the owner) is a kind, affable and expert person. Large selection of digestives, as only in the best cellars.
Cost/quality ratio truly proportionate to the excellent level of catering offered.
Recommended for those who want to visit the castle of Celano or simply rediscover flavors different from those of the city.
