After many years, I finally came to this restaurant. High expectations were well rewarded. Perfect, friendly, and fast service. Truly pleasant atmosphere. Fair prices with excellent food. The plin were a blast, and the mixed antipasto was truly fantastic. I highly recommend it. Keep up the good work!

Dinner at Locanda in Cannubi: one of those experiences that stays in your heart. The restaurant is nestled among the Barolo vineyards, with a view of the hills that alone is worth the trip. Soft lighting, a romantic yet formal atmosphere: the kind of place where you sit down and immediately know it's going to be a wonderful evening. I chose the egg en cocotte with white truffle and fell in love. A seemingly simple dish: intense aroma, perfect creaminess, and that hint of truffle that makes you want to never finish the last bite. The service was kind, attentive, and never intrusive. A dinner where everything flowed harmoniously: the location, the food, the people, and the view. A truly worthy destination.

Simply a perfect experience! La Locanda in Cannubi is a gem in the heart of the Barolo vineyards. The food is extraordinary: traditional Piedmontese dishes prepared with great care and using excellent ingredients. The wine list is incredible, featuring local wines and truly refined selections. The welcome is warm from the first moment, and the staff is professional, attentive, and always smiling. The service is impeccable without ever being intrusive. 09/02/2026: We came here for dinner and were very impressed. The place is elegant and refined, perfect for an intimate dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We highly recommend it.
25/01/2026: Dining at l'inedito is a warm caress on a cold day. The expertly prepared dishes transform simple flavors into true explosions of flavor on the palate. Truffles are served generously, and the vast selection of wines allows for a wide range of tastes. And the caress continues with the bread and breadsticks. Their charcoal-baked focaccia is spectacular. Soft and with a grain of salt on the surface balancing the sweetness, it transforms it into an unexpected treat. We ordered a Barbera d'Asti, which paired with the venison enhanced its flavor, sweetness, and aromas. Their desserts are not to be missed: the Barolo tiramisu, with its crunchy note, transforms the strong flavor of the Barolo into a perfectly balanced sweetness. The golden egg, on the other hand, is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. A spectacle of flavor. I'll save my comment on the wait staff for last. If eating at L'Inedito is a warm caress, the wait staff is the blanket that warms you. Always attentive, with a constant presence but never intrusive. They are ninjas! The bread appeared on its own!!! Highly recommended!
