Pranzo durante la visita a Norcia e alla valle delle lenticchie Si mangia veramente bene In particolare abbiamo preso della carne sia di agnello, di maiale che di vitello ed era tutta ottima Non potevamo non assaggiare le lenticchie in umido anche queste spettacolari Degne di menzione anche i dolci di qualità eccezionale

Locale che ci è stato consigliato; alcuni piatti molto buoni (pappardelle alla norcina), altri medi (maialino arrosto) e un po' deludente il crostone al tartufo nero. Il tartufo c'era in buona quantità ma era poco saporito/profumato. Costo adeguato.

On holiday in Norcia we stopped at this place and ate very good quality food. We ordered sausage with lentil soup and mixed grilled meat, with roasted potatoes and sautéed chicory, all delicious. For dessert, a rose of apples, a puff pastry with apples, cinnamon on custard, delicious. Go there

Really excellent restaurant. I would really recommend it to everyone. As a first course we took the strangozzi with summer truffle, really excellent, high quality truffle. For the second course we took the cut with 4 cheeses and it was amazing, crazy service overall, excellent and quick service, special and high quality food and also excellent, the pie is good value for money

Taverna del Sette

19/07/2024: Today we ate at the Taverna del 7. The context is magnificent: the old stables of a noble house, surrounded by walls in classic Umbrian stone lit from below and cross-brick ceilings. Impeccable service which includes kindness (everyone greets spontaneously with great cordiality) and good advice to support the choice. Compared to the cuisine, the study and preparation of the dishes are excellent and, respecting traditions, manages to produce surprising results capable of giving emotions to the palate as well as joy to the eyes. I personally was particularly impressed by how a shredded omelette with porcini mushrooms was prepared, as well as by the handmade cappelletti with truffles (scorzone di Norcia). Even the desserts, truly exquisite, prepared with skill, excellent and not heavy. Absolutely worth trying.

07/07/2024: Bel locale con ampio spazio esterno,personale molto cordiale e servizio molto veloce.Abbiamo preso 2 piatti di gnocchi al tartufo,ed erano veramente abbondanti ed ottimi.I prezzi sono ben esposti.Complimenti a tutto lo Staff
