A beautiful spot surrounded by vineyards. Excellent menu, everything delicious. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars only because they didn't have the 2017 Amarone the waitress had recommended, and the wine risotto lacked something to elevate the dish. A pinch of pecorino or another suitable cheese, in our opinion, would have made the dish impeccable.

The restaurant is surrounded by green vineyards and is a stunning location. In the summer, it has a wonderful outdoor terrace: I can't wait to return to eat outside.
We chose the à la carte menu and had a selection of cured meats, a cheese tasting, and the tartare, hand-prepared by the waiter right in front of us. Each dish was carefully explained to us and was truly WONDERFUL. Everything was delicious!
For starters, we tried the grilled gnocchi with Monte Veronese and pastissada de caval, which melted in the mouth, and the buttered pappardelle with ragù povera di cortile and Opera cheese, simply divine. The dessert menu was wonderful and incredibly delicious.
We each had three glasses of wine for variety, and they gave us excellent advice on pairings with our dishes. The bill was around €60 per person.

Beautiful farmhouse in the Verona countryside.
Traditional yet elegant atmosphere. Varied menu with very interesting dishes. Excellent wine selection and attentive staff. Recommended for any occasion, from a romantic dinner to a group tasting or larger events.

Wonderful location in their vineyard (especially in the summer), impeccable service from start to finish. We had the off-menu tartare and the brain as appetizers. They season the tartare on the spot and it's simply amazing, one of the best I've ever had. The brain is also delicious.
The first courses were pappardelle with ragù and fettuccine with sage in a legume soup. Both were truly exceptional. The wine was also excellent.
I should add that the price is fair considering the quality and service.
