The environment is well-kept even if the outside tables are a bit too close together. The staff is kind and attentive to the needs of the customer. Quality raw materials with good and tasty dishes and also abundant. Only a few carelessnesses in the service: two glasses different from each other, the forks different from each other ... They are small details but if they didn't happen, the place would be perfect

Nestled in the lively center of Pescara, this restaurant makes you feel at home. Absolute hospitality, great courtesy of all the staff and a truly thoughtful and interesting menu. They offer traditional dishes, but also decidedly tasty reinterpretations, with the aim of enhancing the seasonal products of the area. Mrs. Pia is a truly kind and welcoming host, she cares about her customers and pampers them with homemade desserts, truly exceptional. If you want to spend a nice evening in Pescara, you can't miss this restaurant!

Mediocre restaurant, barely adequate food, unprepared staff

We were at Locanda da Pia on Saturday 10th May for dinner, and delighted by the experience we returned the next day for lunch, what can I say about this place except that it is the best of the best in my opinion, a very welcoming and well-furnished location, very kind and attentive staff to your needs, and last but not least, the fantastic owners. Menu, from meat to fish, everything perfect and exquisite, we will definitely return if we are in the area.

Excellent food, ravioli with burrata, a must try, friendly and helpful staff, clean and welcoming location, I recommend you go, you will definitely be satisfied

Nuova gestione di questo storico locale del centro di Pescara, ora nelle mani dei Signori Adriana ed Aliosha. Struttura storica che riesce ben ad accogliere gli ospiti. Proposta culinaria fatta di piatti freschi e genuini, con verdure assolutamente a km 0. Possibilità di scegliere carne e pesce e proposte per tutte le tasche. Merita assolutamente una visita. Consigliatissimo.

What can I say? I am Campanian born and raised by the sea but... Here, in this place they shocked me! Delicious food until you lick the plate! Wide choice of wines, quiet and comfortable place and above all very kind and knowledgeable staff! Lots and lots of stuff! Excellent! We'll be back soon!

We have just returned home after having lunch at the Locanda. There were 5 of us and we were all happy. Very good value for money, we spent €27 per person for a total of €135, without wine because I had to drive to Umbria. The first ones are plentiful. All the dishes we ordered were well presented. The staff is friendly and empathetic, yet professional. We immediately felt at ease. The table next to us ordered a Monkfish and the owner immediately went out of his way to bring customers the fish he would have cooked, showing them and specifying what they would eat. Proper customer care. We all took different dishes and I must say that they did an excellent job making the dishes available in such a way that no diner was left without food. We involuntarily did a stress test on the kitchen 😅. I had the sautéed mussels and clams (appetizer) and fried calamari with battered vegetables. My wife had meatballs with bread, egg and cheese and an omelette. The other two: first courses, sausages, roasted potatoes, salad, fish skewers and parmigiana. Exactly, all different 😁. Each course had just the right amount of food. The first courses were plentiful while the other courses were of the right quantity. Very good taste. What can we add other than a thank you and see you next time, considering that we have to return to Pescara. Recommended, especially if you want to take a nice walk between the square and the sea.

Nuestro hotel al otro lado de la plaza recomendó este restaurante. Entramos en una entrada y como no teníamos reservas nos dijeron que entrara en otra entrada. Nos dieron una mesa en una zona lateral, y después de ordenar, por supuesto, la pareja sentada después de nosotros recibió su comida primero. Todos nuestros platos llegaron para que solo uno de nosotros estuviera comiendo a la vez en lugar de juntos... muy extraño. La pareja a nuestro lado estaban pidiendo postre antes de que mi marido tuviera su plato principal de comida. Así que el servicio no es genial. La comida estaba bien... no volvería a comer aquí.
