You would never stop wanting to be pampered by this fabulous inn! Tastefully furnished structure, large, clean rooms and truly equipped with all comforts. But the highlight is the cuisine: Piedmontese specialties prepared with the same care as a starred restaurant but without skimping on quantities, accompanied by the legendary local wines famous all over the world. Congratulations to Mrs Marisa, her very kind daughters and Mrs Agnese who will delight you every morning with a breakfast full of genuine products. Three days of pure pampering, unfortunately passed too quickly!

BRAISED (A DREAM). Attention to detail without neglecting simplicity while respecting tradition. What can I say, everything was lustful, from the wine to all the various dishes that I was lucky enough to taste. Every year, I go to them. I couldn't do without it! Greetings from Ludovico and Winnie!

The food was on point. We were going for lunch, but a very late lunch for the Italian standard, they kept the kitchen open for our late arrival and served us with patience and kindness. Loved it!

Excellent variety of wines explained well by the staff. Fabulous gourmet dishes ... I recommend it to everyone. Greetings from the North East who greatly appreciated the North West.

Great family run restaurant with really good pasta and dessert. We ordered Plin ravioli stuffed with 3 roast meat with butter and sage, Tajarin Albesi (thin noodles) with Ragout, Tajarin and risotto with white truffle. We also ordered a local bubbly that tasted more like champagne than prosecco. The service was warm and friendly, all the food was fantastic. It was a memorable evening

carratteristica la sala da pranzo, praticamente una cantina ristrutturata. Invitato a una festa di compleanno con menù fisso a 35€ dall'antipasto al dolce, direi ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo, con nota di rilievo per antipasti e primi, soprattutto i ravioli del plin. Leggermente deluso dal brasato al barolo, buono a livello di condimento ma misero misero nelle porzioni, probabilmente se ordinato alla carta qualche fetta in più la metteranno anche. Troppo sottile anche il taglio della carne avrei preferito una fetta più spessa, comunque nel complesso è stato un buon menù. Mi sentirei di consigliare come secondo il pitto di formaggi con marmellate e nocciole. Buona anche la lista dei dolci e la carta dei vini. Servizio un pelo disattento, ci sono stati serviti alcuni antipasti incompleti, ma fatta notare la cosa, è stato posto rimedio senza alcun problema. Consigliata la prenotazione, il ristorante non è molto grande.

locale un po' fuori dal centro di alba. il ristorante è in una cantinetta con pochissimi tavoli. menu con piatti piemontesi .. ed a discrezione è possibile aggiungere il tartufo.
