A relaxing place where you can eat well. It has a lovely interior and outdoor seating under the trees. The Abruzzo pesto (garlic, oil, chili pepper, and wild herbs) was very delicious, and we tried it on gnocchi: excellent. We visited on a beautiful summer day, and relaxing under the trees or on the loungers in the sun was very pleasant. The staff is very friendly. There were some issues with orders, which weren't always as expected.

After almost twenty years I finally returned to Abruzzo and I couldn't miss the Godi pass. I remembered having eaten well, in the past, here at Scoiattolo and after so many years I can still confirm it. Traveling by motorbike for me is not compatible with big gorges, so a first course for my partner and a second course of meat for me, both excellent, pampered by the very kind staff who didn't want us to leave without a dessert and served us two mini portions of apple pie and wine tarallini with an amazing 'amaro alla gentiana'. This too is wonderful Abruzzo!

Domenica scorsa ,insieme ad amici,abbiamo prenotato qualche brunch al ristorante Lo scoiattolo che e stata una giornata davvero favolosa, siamo stati benissimo al tavolo abbiamo preso una bella cioccolata calda, con una bellissima vista con tutta la neve che abbiamo visto in giro.
