A family-run restaurant with high-quality products. The owners are exceptionally kind. Their attention to detail is unparalleled. The beef steak is a must-try, but the lamb and everything else are equally as delicious. If I could give it 10 stars, I definitely would. After your meal, you can relax on the deckchairs and loungers provided for guests.

My wife and I ate at this beautiful place. The dishes were plentiful and delicious. The owner was a kind person... the waiter was kind and very good. He gave you great advice.

We waited a bit... about an hour, but it was worth it.
The tagliatelle with mushrooms were good, firm and not slippery. The mushroom sauce was well-reduced and flavorful.
The mixed roast meats were good and very tender, well-cooked, and seasoned with just the right amount of salt.
Good.

A high-mountain refuge at 1,650 meters. Very characteristic, high-quality food, excellently cooked in a typical mountain setting with exposed wood and stone. A beautiful and very large fireplace or in the bar area. Fast, attentive, and courteous service. The only drawback is that the bathrooms aren't very clean and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit, where traditional Abruzzo dishes are expertly prepared and reflect time-honored flavors. The meats and polenta are superb, not to mention the baked potatoes and sautéed chicory.

We went for lunch today, September 12, 2025. We're a group of hungry bikers. We were greeted with kindness and courtesy. We received excellent advice. The food was delicious, with locally sourced sheep's milk ricotta and superb arrosticini. The wait staff were very knowledgeable and attentive. A chat with the customers is always a pleasure. WE'LL BE BACK!

A very quaint place, prices a little above average in my opinion, but the food is good. Any advice? Skip everything and get the veal steak, €20 well spent. Add chicory and a bottle of water, some pizza bianca, and for €27 you've had an excellent, very tasty steak for lunch. The prices for the other items, in my humble opinion, are too high, especially since it's a Sunday, so they serve like a diner. Would I go back? The answer is yes, I would go back for the steak, which was divine. As for the rest, I don't know. Still, a very quaint place.

I had lunch at the self-service restaurant. The pre-cooked polenta was nothing special, but the sautéed vegetables were excellent. The wait was very short, considering it was Friday. The price for a polenta was €15. Enough for one person.

A characteristic mountain atmosphere. This refuge, featuring a fireplace at the entrance and a large dining room with tables, offers refreshments, including polenta and other dishes between snowshoe hikes.
I enjoyed an excellent hot punch at the end of the day.
I highly recommend it.
