The Golden Island never disappoints us, in fact it has improved over the years.

The food here is to die for. You absolutely must try the specialties of the House, seafood platter. And in fact, unless you're super hungry, that's probably going to be most of what you eat because they're like 11 separate plates that come. The service here is wonderful. We go every year. And some customers are quite rude but the staff is still very nice to them, I don't know how they do it. If I had to pick one thing to eat here and I could eat it everyday for the rest of my life it would be the swordfish cake. It's just absolutely the best thing that has ever been created anywhere. It's wonderful to eat outside there, but the atmosphere inside is also wonderful. Looking around at the trophies and pictures of the old Sardinian soccer club. Be sure to try some Mirto di Sardinia before you go. I've been to a hundred restaurants in Rome and this is hands down my absolute favorite.

My favorite restaurant when I want to eat excellent fish. The quality of the raw materials is unquestionable, both cooked and raw. The mix of cold and hot appetizers is an exceptional business card. My favorite dish is Orecchiette with courgette flowers, prawns, truffle sauce and bottarga. Quiet and pleasant environment where you can enjoy a culinary experience enriched by excellent service offered by courteous and professional waiters. You don't need to ask anything, they have such experience that they anticipate every request. Possibility of reserved rooms. Average price for such high quality. For me an absolute guarantee.

Grazie a Francesco che è amico del propietario Antonio per l'ottimo consiglio, abbiamo mangiato del pesce di ottima qualità e lo staff è di una professionalità fuori dal comune.

Locale sito in uno dei quartieri più belli della città. Ambiente curato e caloroso , dotato di alcune salette private che sono una vera chicca , allestite con materiali di pregio ed affreschi, si può mangiare in completa privacy come si fosse a casa propria , sicuramente per questo si differenzia dai locali caotici di Roma . Il personale è molto attento e discreto, sempre sorridente ed educato, i ragazzi sono davvero preparati e sanno consigliarti al meglio , ringraziamo Angelo e Massimo. Sicuramente lo scenario più importante è il cibo , la qualità delle materie prime è indiscutibile , il tutto presentato in maniera curata e con degli accostamenti molto accattivanti. Ristorante dove andare e tornare più volte. Un saluto anche al proprietario Antonio che ci ha accolti con la sua estrema gentilezza e disponibilità.
