11/01/2026: I ate at Sea Front Pasta Bar a week ago and I can say without hesitation: it was an unforgettable experience.
The service is simply impeccable: attentive, seamless, never intrusive. The staff is professional, well-prepared, knowledgeable about what they offer, and capable of conveying passion and confidence. You feel accompanied, not served. And this difference is immediately noticeable.
Chef Gianluca Pisacane is exceptional. He achieves something extremely rare: taking dishes we already know very well and making us taste them as if for the first time. It's not just a question of technique, but of vision. Each recipe is a deeper, more intense, better version of what we think we know. The Genovese, for example, was surprising: familiar and new at the same time. The shrimp tubes literally moved me: perfect balance, clear, deep, enveloping flavors. A dish that isn't just delicious, but also leaves an impression on you with its uniqueness.
Everything spoke the same language: seafood, respect for the raw ingredients, elegance.
We ate with gusto, with enthusiasm, following a true sensory journey.
The extra grated truffle by the chef was a gesture I greatly appreciated because it made me feel like I was at the home of someone who truly knows my tastes.
In conclusion: exquisite cuisine, perfect service, genuine customer care. It's not just eating well, it's feeling like you're in the right place.
