Before the meal, bread and homemade grissini drizzled with various olive oils. Then, very nice appetizers, such as the red onion tarte tatin, excellent pizza, a wide variety of fine desserts, and good coffee accompanied by pastries. A huge wine list, but even the open Barbera was quite good. The service was prompt and charming.

While in Saluzzo for work, I found this restaurant somewhat by chance, attracted by the elegant location that can be seen from the outside.
Quick service, friendly staff, and excellent quality dishes.
The beef cheek and braised beef in Barolo were exceptional; the meat melted in my mouth!
Next time I'm in Saluzzo, I'll definitely consider it for another lunch. 👍
