Excellent restaurant, always a guarantee. Today, seared calamari with asparagus and calamarata allo scoglio. A true delight. This is a must-try when I come to Saluzzo.

The best restaurant in my opinion: delicious food, well-mannered waiters, cozy atmosphere and the highest level of hygiene in the restroom (little single-use cotton towels to wipe off your hands after washing).

From the restaurant manager to the sommelier and the table service, everything is elegant and flawless, with service and attention to every need. The refined aesthetics of the dishes are complemented by tastefully revisited recipes. The Jerusalem artichoke gobbi are delicate and beautiful. The DOP hazelnut cake on a pillow of unique zabaglione. It is worthy of a very high rating.
