It's become a ritual for us to spend a couple of hours in this enchanting place!!! Where you can fully breathe in the history of Saluzzo, where you'll find attention to every detail, a menu and staff of the highest caliber. The wine cellar, what can I say... Devastating!!!! We always return whenever we can with great enthusiasm.

Very beautiful setting, very varied menu available in several languages, excellent refined cuisine.

It was my first time here and despite it being a festive evening, the organization and service were excellent...

Interesting place, welcoming atmosphere, excellent food, uncommunicative service, be careful with the carrots when you order the veal cheek... overall... satisfied... I will definitely return.

03.09 Perfect dinner. The location (terrace) and the dishes were exquisite and beautifully presented. The waiter in the white coat was very courteous and professional; the one in black who was in charge of bringing the dishes and wine never smiled or even said a simple "enjoy your meal." Perhaps it would be better to keep him in the kitchen so as not to disparage the work of others, which deserves its excellence.

Our visit to Ristorante Le 4 Stagioni was a true highlight from start to finish. As soon as we entered the tastefully decorated restaurant, we felt like we were in another world. The lush greenery, carefully arranged plants, and the modern, welcoming atmosphere created an atmosphere where you immediately felt at ease. There were four of us—two adults and two children—and we sat on the indoor terrace, pleasantly shaded by large umbrellas. For our appetizer, we enjoyed a platter of three Piedmontese specialties. The main course was a true delight: tender roast beef cooked in Barolo wine, accompanied by creamy mashed potatoes and sweet, browned semolina. All this was accompanied by a refreshing rosé that perfectly complemented the gastronomic experience. Our children were also culinary pampered. They were treated to a menu featuring homemade gnocchi and a Wiener schnitzel that left nothing to be desired. The children's dishes were prepared with the same care and attention as those for adults. A special highlight was exploring the entire restaurant. The hidden cellar and vault, adorned with countless wine bottles, are a must-see and lend the place a touch of magic.

Abbiamo fatto questo pranzo per festeggiare il compleanno di mia sorella Nicole, quindi era un pranzo informale in famiglia direi che il locale è molto molto bello e curato in ogni dettaglio anche se purtroppo essendoci tanti tavoli pecca un po’ per il rumore perché ovviamente c’è tanta gente. Sono stata molto colpita dall’attenzione del signor Carlo, il gentilissimo cameriere che ci ha seguito sia nell’ordinazione che nel servizio della tavola. Oltre a essere super simpatico e preparato nel suo mestiere si vede che lo esegue da moltissimi anni… Mi ha lasciato piacevolmente sorpresa il fatto di trovare una persona super attenta alle mie intolleranze alimentari al glutine. Ogni piatto era preparato appositamente per me il pane era fatto da loro così come la focaccia e ogni singola cosa che era studiata per i normali o ospiti ce ne era una versione anche senza glutine per me. Ottimo menu e molto buona la qualità dei piatti. Direi che assolutamente è un posto da ritornarci e soprattutto un posto molto consigliato se si vuole fare una bella figura anche con amici e parenti. Il locale è molto particolare ed è curato e adibito in ogni dettaglio per ogni stagione in cui ci si trova. Ci ritornerò sicuramente
