Very large environment with open kitchen, attentive and fast service, very rich menu and wine list. A real surprise, and I must say it hasn't happened to me in a long time, disposable sponge towels and disposable toothbrush in the bathroom. The bill was also good, given the value for money.

I was in Saluzzo for work, I celebrated the my birthday in this fantastic restaurant!! The owner's humility makes her exclusive place stand out!! excellent food and service, welcoming and always smiling!! even though I only returned for two days in a row! advise

… ma indubbiamente è un ristorante di qualità e questa va riconosciuta! Ingredienti, pietanze, servizio (tempi di attesa ragionevoli anche col ristorante pieno) ed in più cura dei particolari, anche estetici. Con questo livello se la possono giocare con chiunque!
