A very well-maintained restaurant, with quality food offering a nice, yet not overwhelming, mix of Piedmontese cuisine, slightly revisited while respecting tradition.

I had lunch at this restaurant on a Sunday afternoon, and it was pure bliss. Everything was perfect: the setting is magnificent, the service is top-notch (thanks for the French menu!), the wine is fabulous, and the dishes I ordered were excellent. Just one small complaint about the Milanese escalope was the fries from the Bambino menu, which were well below the rest of the dishes, but otherwise it was excellent. The tiramisu, for example, was a delight. I highly recommend it.
Even the restrooms are very beautiful, very chic.

This is my first time at this restaurant, and I immediately noticed something you don't see in other restaurants: the open kitchen. It's a wonderful sight: the chefs, cooks, and waiters intertwined like a perfect machine, never taking up anyone's space. Then there's the kindness and professionalism of the waiters, especially Lorenza, who served us splendidly with her sweetness. Having said that, I can only speak about the service and the lunch...not much to say, everything was very good. I'll definitely be back.

Magnificent restaurant in Saluzzo in the very typical pedestrian streets of the town. Every time we visit we are delighted, the food is very high quality, the decor luxurious and spacious, the atmosphere very good. An excellent address not to be missed

Excellent quality in all the dishes, but above all, the utmost attention and care for those with allergies and food intolerances. For the whole family, dinner at this restaurant was a riot of flavors...in complete tranquility. The restaurant is large, and the staff is numerous, friendly, and always efficient. The tajarin with mushrooms, the rabbit with mushrooms and chestnuts, the tajarin with sausage ragù, and even the desserts were fantastic. Congratulations!

A charming place, carefully thought out down to the smallest detail. We had some unusual but truly delicious pizzas... excellent haute cuisine service. Even though it was a Saturday night, we had a really good time. The quality/price ratio was fair.

Excellent dinner with friends, professional, courteous, and attentive staff. Even though there were nine of us and we all ordered different dishes, the timing was perfect and everyone was served at the same time—truly excellent. Good quality food, well-cooked and carefully selected. Excellent wine list with high but not excessive prices; a great experience, one we've repeated on other occasions.
