Yesterday we enjoyed a fantastic meal at table 26. We felt wonderful thanks to the amazing Lorenza, who served us with exceptional friendliness and professionalism. A lovely restaurant in the alleys of Saluzzo with an extensive menu and a diverse clientele. Certified gluten-free. Everything is excellent, but not cheap.

The service would also be 5-star for the maître d', but alas, on this recent occasion, the sommelier, after having gotten the wrong bottle—despite being notified in time—returned with the correct wine, not only didn't let us taste it, but also decidedly and hastily poured it into everyone's glasses. Not least, he again didn't let us taste the second bottle; the fact that we still had wine in our glasses certainly doesn't justify this, since in a place like this, he's expected to take an extra glass and let guests taste it. We're talking about a Rioja, by the way, and not exactly a top-notch wine.
