Outstanding! I rarely write reviews, especially for good or bad reasons. This time, it would be a sin not to recommend this place. Superbly prepared fish cuisine, and a friendly and knowledgeable owner who personally serves and explains the details of the dishes. A must-have!

We return every year; the service is always so precise and full of attention to detail. The food is delicious, the fish fresh and very flavorful. Truly, nothing short of perfect. The view of the lagoon completes the excellent value. (Special mention to the owner, who brought us a birthday cake with a candle without us reminding him at dinner, but only mentioned it over the phone during the reservation.)

Inspired by the rustic, welcoming, and scenic atmosphere, we decided to book a table for dinner overlooking the lagoon. The reviews were very promising, and indeed, our experience was so satisfying that we booked again for a couple of days later. The atmosphere is familiar, clean, and welcoming. The small number of tables makes for easy service, the space is spacious, and the hustle and bustle is limited. We were greeted with a small complimentary tasting from the kitchen, which was wonderful. We ordered two appetizers of abundant and excellent mussels, followed by a fantastic boreto (accompanied by a thorough and patient explanation) and a portion of impeccable grilled calamari. The price was very fair, the staff were kind and attentive, the location was welcoming, with a beautiful view, and the food was fantastic. TOP experience We will definitely be back again and will recommend this fantastic place.

I had dinner with my family on Thursday evening. The stilt house overlooking the Grado canal is very unique. The staff is very professional and friendly. We had a wonderful meal, featuring exceptionally fresh and expertly prepared seafood. Highly recommended.

The seafood is excellent, served in a truly unique setting with a lagoon view, especially at sunset. The manager is friendly and efficient, as is the entire staff. The boreto alla gradisce is excellent, but on the three occasions I've been there, I've enjoyed the linguine all'approdo, the crudo, the grilled calamari, the mixed grill, and the sea bass, often accompanied by sauces that enhance the dish. The homemade desserts are also very good. Excellent value.

A beautiful restaurant built on stilts overlooking the Grado lagoon. The staff was extremely kind to us and our dogs. The food was excellent: truly fresh and authentic. Il Boreto deserves a special mention. Highly recommended.

Sehr nettes authentisches Fischrestaurant mit sehr nettem Gastgeber im schönen Ambiente. Im Gegensatz zu den Restaurants in der Stadt ist es auch noch preiswert und somit unser Preis-Leistungssieger in Sachen Restaurants in Grado. Zu empfehlen ist definitiv das Boreto! Wir fanden es war das beste Boreto welches wir je in Grado gegessen haben :) Man sollte jedoch unbedingt vorher reservieren! Wir kommen sicher wieder ;)

Ristorante caratteristico sulla laguna di Grado. Proprietario cortese che sa dare i giusti suggerimenti e le opportune informazioni sui piatti. Pesce fresco del giorno. Antipasto un pochino scarno e soprattutto devono fare attenzione nel ricordarsi di portare il pane in tavola.
