A little disappointing overall. The website constantly crashes. It took over 30 attempts to secure a table. The only option left for an early dinner on my birthday was at the Bistrot Garden. My biggest concern was how poorly my food allergy was handled. I had to ask five times whether the dishes brought to me were safe. Three of them contained ingredients I cannot eat and could have put me in hospital. At this level, I would expect the kitchen to offer a suitable alternative or a simple sauce adjustment, especially on a €110 starter. Most restaurants of this calibre handle dietary restrictions with care and professionalism, often suggesting safe bread or sides. The main courses were also underwhelming. My husband’s king crab arrived lukewarm, while mine was so hot it burned my lips. I mentioned the temperature issue twice before the manager came over felt confrontational at this point, and we were still charged for the dishes I didn’t eat/ The wine selection was the saving grace, with excellent options and knowledgeable service from the sommelier. We left feeling unsatisfied and still hungry. Not the experience we had hoped for, especially given the price and reputation.

The squid with zucchini and king crab are very tasty. Excellent service as well. Definitely worth a try.

Lunch at this truly excellent bistro: incredibly fresh fish and excellent quality. Don't miss the raw fish platter, simply exceptional!

Very detailed and high-quality decoration, high-quality dinnerware, calamari, oysters, tagliatelle and the white wine they recommended (Saldenya, Podere Guardia Grande) were amazing...I definitely recommend it...

Elegance and atmosphere galore, but the bill is a bit out of place. Langosteria Bistrot is undoubtedly one of the most charming places to dine in Milan: a meticulously curated atmosphere, impeccable service, and a truly well-selected wine list. The place immediately conveys a sense of exclusivity and attention to detail that's a pleasure to experience, especially on a special evening. However, if you look more critically at the quality-price ratio, some concerns remain. The dishes are beautifully presented and certainly of a good standard, but they don't surprise as much as one might expect in this price range. Some dishes, while fresh and well-executed, don't leave a lasting impression, and the final cost of the experience tends to exceed what you actually receive on the plate. Overall, a pleasant experience, especially for those seeking a refined setting and top-notch service. But if your primary criterion is gastronomic value versus price, there are more compelling alternatives in the city.

When it first arrived in Milan, it was billed as a "bistro," and that's what it was, with quality seafood and very good service. Now, it's a more than "important" restaurant and, in my opinion, overpriced.

It's always a pleasant place, with relaxed elegance. The staff is kind and helpful.

This place would 100% recommend to anyone. Legitimately really good food and fresh. Yes pricy, took some €200 out of me but that's for a effectively almost 4 course meal. Food was just delicious, service was also really on point and delivered period. It was top end and top notch. For a final meal effectively in Italy it was a real way to end my holiday with the perfect food and perfect treat.
