I found the spaghetti with clams to be a bit overcooked, meaning they would have been perfect if cooked a little more al dente. This is my personal opinion, but it doesn't affect the five-star rating.

I had an incredible dinner at Langosteria Bistrot. I had the blue lobster alongside fried squid and calamari—everything was exceptionally fresh and perfectly cooked. The flavors were balanced and refined, without losing the essence of the sea. For dessert, the Torta della Nonna was the perfect finish—simple, authentic, and delicious. Service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout. A top-tier dining experience in Milan—I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment we arrived we were greeted with courtesy and professionalism: the staff, always available and attentive, knew how to make every moment truly special. The restaurant is a little gem in the heart of Milan: elegant, with attention to the smallest details, with a warm and refined atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. The cuisine? Simply extraordinary. Each dish is a work of art: very fresh raw materials, creative but always balanced combinations, impeccable presentations. A special mention to the selection of raw fish and the first courses, authentic explosions of taste. Many thanks to all the dining room and kitchen staff for making this experience so perfect. I would like to bring to your attention some critical issues encountered during our recent experience at your restaurant: 1. Timing of the wine service: in my opinion, the wine should be brought to the table shortly before the courses arrive, so that it can be tasted in combination with the dishes. In our case, it was necessary to request it even after the lunch had already been served. 2. Indication of the ingredients of the sea bass dish: the menu did not indicate the presence of hot chili pepper among the ingredients used in the preparation (I am not referring to the seasoning added when plating, but to the very basis of the recipe). This caused a problem, as the dish was consumed by a pregnant woman who could not have eaten the chili pepper. I believe that greater clarity on the ingredients and more punctual attention to the timing of the service are fundamental aspects to guarantee a good experience for all customers, especially those with specific needs.
