Visited for the first time for a Communion. The place is beautiful, obtained from an old factory of the nineteenth century. Spacious rooms with an outdoor garden.
Good and well presented food. Very kind waiters.
The menu was fixed: seafood appetizer (soft and fresh octopus), excellent raw ham and mozzarella, mezze maniche with fish sauce (very good), risotto, roast veal and roast potatoes (very good), sea bass with spinach.
The cake was delicious.
To try again for a dinner with friends or as a couple.

I have been to this place several times. 5 star location, it feels like being in a country house. Relaxing. Seats inside, outdoors and on the veranda, surrounded by greenery. Comfortably sized tables, not the usual cramped tables. Also suitable for tables. Very covered, friendly and well organized service. On various occasions, always excellent service. Well presented dishes and good quality, even the pizzas. Prices from Milan to Genoa, but in line with the quality.
4 of us had: 2 classic platters (min 2 people), 2 fish first courses, a mixed grill and a mixed fried dish, a sorbet, 4 coffees, 2 bottles of water, a bottle of Apulian rosé wine: final bill 226 Eur. I will go back again.

Pasta with seafood is generally ok, but not great. The risotto is too al dente and too salty. Maybe due to the fact that we were all foreigners, the price for Aperol in the check was higher than in the menu and the addition of incomprehensible items. The company was large and we drank a lot. The waiter redid the checks several times because we found inconsistencies. We would have left him a good tip anyway. But in this case, they are deceiving tourists like this. Unpleasant experience. So advice, check your receipt.
The only plus is that their Aperol is excellent.

si beve anche bene sia birra, che vino. ottimi anche i dolci. sala ampia, sedute comode e ben distanziate.
una bellissima atmosfera per un locale storico di Milano. da non perdere!

Posto molto carino a Milano per un'ottima cena di carne, pesce o pizza.
Consiglio la tartare di fassona, il tagliere di salumi, il polipo, la cotoletta alla milanese e la frittura di pesce.
Prezzi un pò altini ma ne vale la pena.
