Secluded enough to take a break from the hustle and bustle of nightlife and rediscover the pleasures of tranquility, in an authentic, elegant, and discreet setting. From the moment you arrive, the friendliness and freshness of a young and knowledgeable staff make you feel immediately welcome, starting the evening with a treat from another era: a basket of fragrant artisanal bread accompanied by delicious house emulsions. It's the perfect introduction to a culinary offering well-balanced between local roots and vibrant innovation. The quality of the ingredients is unquestionable and the execution impeccable: alongside dishes that exude masterful reinterpretations of tradition—from turbot in porchetta to sophisticated interpretations of brodetto—there are also refined and creative combinations. A cuisine that stands out, with class and personality, from the usual spaghetti allo scoglio or the classic seafood grill offered in series along the seafront. The cellar and spirits are meticulously maintained: a comprehensive and never boring wine list is complemented by a refined selection of rums, whiskies, and gins for a meditative after-dinner drink, not forgetting a touch of local tradition like Moretta. In the warmer months, the spacious covered terrace offers the privilege of dining amidst a lush and well-kept garden, shaded by trees that offer refreshment even from the parking lot. Inside, the atmosphere is intimate and cozy, designed for those who enjoy quiet conversation. An experience worth trying to escape the usual summer clichés of traffic, loud music, and rushed pace. Recommended by friends, we went for dinner one evening. It's located a bit inland in a sparsely populated area. The restaurant is spacious, elegant but without too many frills, and bright. The service is friendly (which never hurts), but above all, very knowledgeable about recommending and explaining the mostly seafood dishes. The monkfish tripe (which is not easy to find) is fantastic, as is the seafood puttanesca. But all the dishes are delicious, and I'll have to return to try them all. To finish, the desserts were fantastic, but I don't want to give away any spoilers, so come and try them. In short, 5 stars are not enough. It's rare to find a restaurant where I almost regret not being able to give at least a "plus." I'd say I absolutely recommend it.

I returned after 2 years and had a good experience, but it was a shame about the Pina Colada dessert. It's been changed since the first time and I wasn't convinced. I expected a little less for the bill (€50) per person for 4 appetizers, 4 first courses, 3 desserts, two bottles of water, and a bottle of Prosecco for €28.
