My wife and I stumbled upon it by chance, and we've already been back twice. It will definitely be a go-to place when we pass through Marotta! Excellent cuisine and impeccable service...highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience at La Paglia restaurant. The dishes were well-matched with a touch of innovation, like the simple and tasty sea bream ceviche. The service was excellent. I will definitely be back.

I tried the gourmet tasting lunch at Ristorante La Paglia with my husband. The place is beautiful, spacious, and well-maintained, ideal for a relaxing lunch. The service at the beginning was excellent: the staff was attentive, friendly, and attentive. During the tasting menu, the dishes were well-presented and interesting. Unfortunately, however, when the main course arrived, there was a service error, which somewhat disrupted the experience. Overall, it remains a pleasant place, with a good atmosphere and an interesting take on gourmet cuisine. With a little more attention throughout the service, it could become a truly excellent experience.

Discovered by chance, unlike the usual restaurants offering more or less standard menus, it turned out to be a truly delightful place, both for the quality of the welcome (the staff is friendly, sociable, and able to interact with guests) and, above all, for the pleasure of the palate. The dishes are delicious and well-portioned (this recommendation is for those like me who love to "eat" with their mouths and not just their eyes), the flavors are unique but well-blended, with flavors that combine traditional and creative cuisine, where you can clearly see the passion and dedication of those who work behind the stove. My compliments, truly. We'll definitely be back!!!

Welcoming and attentive staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere with soothing music. Varied menu, both fish and meat, with well-presented and fresh dishes. Portions are generous and excellent value. I highly recommend this restaurant and would gladly return!

15/03/2026: A very beautiful restaurant: both the outdoor garden, well-kept and tidy despite the winter season, and the interior, truly welcoming, with the various decorative objects in the dining rooms tastefully and in the right places. The fireplace adds a lovely atmosphere, and the use of cloth tablecloths and napkins on the tables is appreciated. Quality food and interesting options make for a special evening. I'd like to give special mention to the attentive and professional waitstaff, who make a significant contribution to making you feel welcome and well-attended. In these cases, where the slightly higher-than-average prices are justified by the above, I take a closer look: I would have preferred a more interesting selection in the bread basket, in keeping with the quality of the restaurant: various types of bread and focaccia, not just plain white bread.

13/04/2026: A modern and charming place. Young and dynamic staff. Very good pizza, available by the plate or by the meter, with a variety of flavors to choose from. For Saturday evenings, you must make a reservation and choose either the first or second sitting, which is at 9:00 PM. The homemade and beautifully presented desserts are also excellent. I've noticed that the tables are constantly being re-set, and well done to the staff who manage to keep up such a long wait.
11/04/2026: Dinner with the family, we had a great time, the staff was courteous and efficient, always friendly, the food was excellent, and the wine was equally good.
