Maximum score thanks to the restaurant, where we tasted the "Five creations" menu with a pairing of three glasses. All the dishes (including the small initial tastings and those accompanying the dessert) were truly surprising in terms of freshness, taste and plating. The view from the terrace room is splendid and the staff are excellent. Prices are high, but in line with other starred restaurants. The "Casalora" residence, however, seemed to us, overall, to be a little less well looked after than the restaurant. The rooms and services provided are very basic, the breakfast so-so.

We had dinner at the Bistrot. Nice structure although it is affected by many different and often non-congruent styles. Very large and kind staff. Tables prepared in an excessively spartan manner (like a company canteen) with paper placemats and cutlery placed in paper bags. Paper napkin of ridiculous size and very low quality. A single choice of starter, first course, second course and dessert is totally unacceptable. Price for 3 courses €38 + wines, appropriate if there is a menu with a minimum of choice. Good quality of dishes except dessert (coffee affogato...). We won't be going back.

We went to this starred restaurant for a wedding reception. This restaurant has an excellent and wonderful location, it has a perfect view of the Langhe... As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the waiters with a sort of buffet, served exclusively by them together with unlimited drinks. After two hours of service we began to dine until around midnight. The dinner was spectacular, dishes not very abundant but which filled our stomachs and satisfied our palate. Excellent quality of food. The place certainly deserves its own for the beautiful view and the tranquility you get.

I went to the restaurant for an anniversary lunch. Definitely lived up to expectations. Very refined cuisine both in taste and in the presentation of the dishes. Excellent raw materials, even at km0, worked to perfection. The wine pairings with the dishes served are perfect. Obviously all this affects the final price, but it is definitely worth it for a special occasion. I forgot... the idea of ​​giving the parchment with the list of dishes and wines consumed as a gift at the end of the meal was very original.

I piatti erano delle vere opere d' arte... dei piccoli quadri in miniatura e il connubio degli ingredienti sapientemente mixati dagli Chef era paradisiaco. Un' esperienza sensoriale di alto livello. Il servizio è stato sempre professionale garbato gentile. Abbiamo percepito la passione che tutto il team ha per questo lavoro. Siamo stati coccolati dall' inizio alla fine. Complimenti!

We went for lunch yesterday to celebrate our anniversary... what can I say, everything was wonderful! The dishes were true works of art... little miniature paintings and the combination of the ingredients expertly mixed by the Chefs was heavenly. A high level sensory experience. The service was always professional, polite and friendly. We perceived the passion that the whole team has for this work. We were pampered from start to finish. Compliments!

Exceptionnel !!! Et je pèse mes mots ! Et j'ai l'habitude des étoilés ! Vaut 2 étoiles sans hésiter. Tout simplement :-)) Vraiment, certains plats, comme je l'ai dit au chef, méritent à eux seuls, le déplacement de Corse. Si si. De +, chef très accessible et très sympathique. Le service est irréprochable et sympathique. Mais, même avec moins de personnel, cela serait tt aussi exceptionnel. Le meilleurs restaurant de notre séjour (et pourtant d'autres sont excellents également). Bravo au chef !

5 stars hands down! The structure is wonderful, surrounded by greenery with a beautiful view of the Langhe and Monviso. The furnishings are refined and combine tradition and modernity. We had dinner at the starred restaurant and took the "A mano libera" tasting menu: what can I say, one Michelin star is too little. We already knew Chefs Francesco and Giuseppe, but here they found their true personality, which combines the vegetable and local cuisine of Piedmont with their Campania identity. Dishes balanced to perfection, a masterpiece of different tastes and aromas, from which you can perceive the profound knowledge of the ingredients and raw materials, of the influences of French and Asian cuisine, for a perfect final picture. The wine pairing is masterfully conducted by Vince, an extremely knowledgeable sommelier and a person with delightful and courteous manners, as are the rest of the service staff, all of whom are impeccable. Special mention goes to the attention paid to snacks and friandises, small masterpieces in their own right. The destination is worth the journey, wherever you arrive from.
