We celebrated a birthday today. Clean pool, relaxing and quiet atmosphere, fabulous location, good food. I'll gladly return.

Excellent dinner in a charming place

Charming and welcoming. Unique location and view. New opening as a "bistro" run by two skilled and highly experienced Italian chefs. Affordable prices for the excellent quality of the food. Attentive service provided by young and well-trained staff. A wonderful swimming pool in a large and well-kept green area. Convenient covered parking.

For the location, five stars aren't enough. The service is good, but I think the staff is understaffed.

Beautiful location, lovely pool, but it's a shame the Bistrot served me an Alta Langa with two peanuts! I had to buy a bag of chips.

The food served during the reception was excellent, with high-quality dishes, especially the egg carbonara and eggplant parmigiana, two of the dishes that truly won me over. I particularly appreciated the attentiveness and professionalism of the entire staff. As a celiac, I received the utmost attention from the staff, who allowed me to enjoy every course with complete peace of mind and safety, something that is not at all a given at events of this kind. This attention to individual needs is a hallmark of excellent service. The sommelier also deserved special praise for his professionalism and expertise, guiding guests through a wine selection that perfectly complemented each dish. In short, La Madernassa proved to be the perfect choice for a wedding: not only for the beauty of the venue and the excellence of the cuisine, but above all for the staff's ability to manage such an important event with a professionalism and attention to detail that truly made the difference. It was an experience that left a lasting impression and one I highly recommend to anyone seeking the very best for such a significant occasion.

We went to spend the day by the pool. As you can see in the photos, it's beautiful. The stone floor is evocative, and the water reflects beautifully. It's not crowded, and you can relax in the complete silence of the hill. However, the bistro's prices are really high, and that's the only reason I'm holding off on returning in the future... Don't expect to be full unless you want to spend a lot of money.

With one-of-a-kind services, Madernassa is the perfect structure for a lunch, a dinner and for any kind of event, including private parties and weddings. All the staff has the ability to manage with love, professionalism, every aspect, with a success of the event beyond all expectations (in our case of spouses, friends and relatives)! The kitchen, masterfully led by the D'Errico brothers, has confirmed itself as a guarantee even for events with over 100 people, always maintaining the very high quality standard in taste, presentation, creativity and refinement of the raw materials to which they have accustomed us over the years! A dream location that I recommend to anyone who wants to be sure of hitting the mark 🤩

Era Madernassa ora pico bistrot con cambio di gestione. Persone assolutamente cordiali e professionali, finalmente perdonò competenti, gentili, veramente piacevoli. Cibo molto buono, in particolare rajarin con ragù spettacolare... pranzo di Pasquetta agnello perfetto. Cibo top ma accoglienza anche di più! Assolutamente consigliato e da provare!
