Refined food, the risotto is simply fantastic.

I returned after a few years and was very disappointed, especially with the poor quality starter and the second course (fried and mixed grill) served cold and tasteless, so I will never return, I'm sorry.

I've known this restaurant for over 10 years, and every time I return with my family, it's always a pleasure to see that the quality hasn't changed significantly. The restaurant is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, both inside and out; the tables are beautifully set, even when there aren't any receptions. All the food I've tried has always been top-notch, from appetizers to desserts. I particularly highlight the deliciousness of the "Risotto alla Lampara," one of my favorite dishes. The staff is highly qualified, helpful, and professional. Even the background music is a delightful accompaniment to lunches and dinners. Excellent value. I highly recommend this restaurant, even for small receptions. P.S. - I hope to return soon, perhaps in a season other than summer 😁

Fresh fish every day of the year... you can never go wrong at La Lampara restaurant... excellent first courses, second courses, side dishes and tasty desserts... attentive, friendly staff and helpfulness, first and foremost from the owner, always present both in the veranda area and in the Trulli area... small but functional bathrooms... clean... medium/high prices... but everything fresh and delicious, compliments to the chef.

I didn't expect an outstanding seafood restaurant in the hills above Monopoli, but there it was. We had a world class meal here. In particular, my wife's bream was baked and prepared to perfection.

La Lampara is a delightful restaurant in the heart of Monopoli. A welcoming atmosphere, fresh seafood, and impeccable service. The elegant decor and warm lighting create an authentic and relaxing experience. Highly recommended for a romantic dinner or dinner with friends.

We had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The food fantastic with a seafood forward menu but there were meat and vegetarian options. Our waiter was fabulous, such a joyful man, and he made our experience all the better. I loved how I would order something and he would say, no, you don’t want that, then help me to make a more informed choice. The honesty was refreshing! We stayed nearby at the Masseria Borgofreddo, and it was maybe 3 minutes away from our hotel.

Excellent fish and seafood restaurant. The food was fresh and tasty and the service was very attentive. We had a lovely evening and will keep this address in mind for a future visit.
