Dinner with the family, two pizzas and a lake fried fish, a tiramisu and a crema catalana. A charming place on the shore of Lake Maggiore. A special note to the girl in the dining room who found us a table, even though we had arrived an hour earlier than our reservation. Very kind.

Pizzeria La Gabella remains a real insider tip. The food and staff are both very friendly! However, you should make a reservation in advance so you don't have to wait in line for too long. The location is stunning, in a garden by the lake—simply magical. The prices are reasonable, too, and you get a lot for your money. I'll be happy to come back!

We always come here when we stay at lake Maggiore. Waiters are very friendly and food is great! Beautiful location, too.
