Excellent food, excellent service with very kind staff

Highly recommended. The location, the view of the hills, the well-kept garden, and the well-spaced tables create a peaceful atmosphere. Once seated, we opted to order à la carte rather than the tasting menu. The dishes were well-balanced, the portions were just right, and the service was prompt. The sommelier, after describing the type of wine we wanted to drink, found the perfect bottle for our needs. The service was meticulous, and they truly pampered us and made us feel at ease, even with small touches that we truly appreciated. Finally, what about the wine cellar? Here, you just have to let your sense of wonder and awe take over. The sum of all these aspects ensured that it wasn't just a wonderful dinner, but a truly memorable and highly recommended experience. A special thanks goes to the sommelier who knew how to find the perfect bottle.

Romantic lunch in the Barbaresco hills overlooking the vineyards. An excellent culinary experience with innovative and sophisticated dishes, always with a local touch. Coordinated pairings and tasteful plating. Informal yet impeccable service. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. I recommend everyone try it; you won't be disappointed. Well done to the chefs!

We had lunch at this restaurant for our anniversary, and everything was fantastic, from the food to the welcome. Thanks to all the fantastic, kind staff who gave us a unique experience. A special thank you for the surprise for our anniversary and for the fantastic tour of your wine cellar. The prices were very fair, I'd even say low for a restaurant of this caliber. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.

We had a fantastic anniversary! They reserved the best table for us overlooking the vineyards, the dishes were original and delicious, the wine was an excellent Nebbiolo "vinified Barbaresco," the service was punctual, attentive, and discreet... The tour of the restaurant's cellar was breathtaking. Highly recommended!!! We thank the staff for making the experience even more wonderful.

Siamo stati alla Ciau per festeggiare un compleanno in famiglia. Ottimo sotto ogni aspetto: accoglienza, cortesia, organizzazione. Il menù è ampio, la qualità dei piatti eccellente. Il vitello tonnato è delizioso, anche i plin al sugo dei tre arrosti. La pasticceria è super. Il salone principale offre una splendida vista sulle colline delle Langhe. Esperienza impagabile (compresa la visita alla cantina che è assolutamente “unica”). Non si può non provarlo almeno una volta!

Un locale molto ben curato, stupenda vetrata sulla colline langarole, pulito, spazi ampi, servizio cortese, qualità dei prodotti molto valida, affascina poi la grande cantina che offre oltre 65.000 bottiglie e che ne fa una delle più importanti in Italia. Qualità, quantità e ricercatezza nelle proposte, che si conclude con un ottimo gelato.
