We visited on a Monday, but it was still very crowded—a sign of its excellent reputation. Dogs are welcome and treated with great care: they immediately brought us a bowl and even a little gift from Monge. The winery is simply spectacular and worth the visit alone. I recommend booking for lunch to fully enjoy the splendid view of the hills.

Excellent Langhe cuisine.
A beautiful location with breathtaking views of the Langhe.
Option to book one of the very few rooms with an excellent breakfast included.
Very popular especially during truffle season (but also at other times), perhaps some details could be improved regarding the service (the longtime staff are impeccable, but the same cannot be said for the new recruits).
An anthological cellar where you can also organize an unforgettable aperitif.
The owners are always present and warmly attentive to their guests' needs.

A truly top-notch restaurant! Everything is impeccable from start to finish: the dining room, the flawless service, and the very friendly and professional staff.
We had a fantastic meal, everything was perfectly executed, and the grand finale was the impressive wine cellar!
Honestly, a wonderful experience in Alba, highly recommended.

The dining experience is terrific if expensive. Service is fabulous. A special night kind of place. Food was excellent with one course exception, the cod was previously frozen, not fresh and I sent it back, they graciously removed it from the bill. Killer wine list. Bring a credit card with plenty of room for payment. Would return anytime, especially for lunch because of the stunning view.

Starred cuisine. A well-deserved star. Refined dishes, high quality, local products, and generous portions. The cuisine is well-deserved. The restaurant itself -
perhaps more beautiful during the day - is very crowded and noisy in the evening. Lots of tables, perhaps too many. Good service. A few small flaws, but forgivable.

Had lunch here. The weather was perfect so the dining room was particularly lovely, though because all the doors were open there were some bugs flying around.
We had the seasonal market menu but asked to have white truffle put on whatever the chef thought appropriate.
For me personally, some of the dishes ended up being a bit heavy but overall it was a lovely meal.
Side note: they are very dog friendly and on the day I went there were about 4 dogs in the dining room in case anyone has allergies or anything.

The dishes are beautifully crafted.
The wine selection is extremely extensive. A look into the breathtaking wine cellar is definitely worth it. 🍷😋
Friendly staff. Good service. The price is commensurate with the service!
We'd be happy to return anytime... if only because there are still so many fine wines to sample.
