Excellent pizza, one of the best I've tried, and very helpful and kind waiters.

Good dinner. Simple appetizers, perhaps not too generous, but good. I tried the Angus beef burger, very juicy, good potatoes, perfect if it weren't for the complete lack of bread. The pizza was also very good; I tried both the calzone and the pizza and they didn't disappoint, crispy crust and soft interior. Reasonably good service. Very soft atmosphere, with dim but not overly so lighting, very welcoming, and a lovely outdoor terrace. Aside from the total inaccessibility for the disabled, the only flaw in the interior dining room is that if you sit at the table in the center of the room, you're doomed to freeze alive. The air conditioning is blasting full blast, and you have no way to turn it off, lower it, or move it; a plexiglass screen would be enough to divert the airflow. A real shame because it doesn't allow you to enjoy the good food. Prices are average. Overall, the place is recommended, and the food was all good and of good quality.

This is the best restaurant in Sicily! We went there twice, and it was really, really good each time! The waitress was incredibly friendly, took her time with us, and answered all our questions. The gluten-free pizza tastes incredible. The dessert selection is huge and perfect! We wish we could eat there every day. Best wishes! ❤️

Nice place open until late at night where they serve not only pizzas but also dishes. Good pizza but average. Crazy prices on desserts. The millefoglie is described as transcendental but it turns out to be a normal dessert. Overall low quality/price ratio.

A special mention goes to Antonio's fried Sicilian, among the best, if not the best in the city, as well as his desserts, specifically the melon jelly.

We ate the truffle pizza and it was delicious, also the yellow and red pizza was delicious, the quality of the products from the appetizers to the first courses is really high

I have always appreciated La Cantinaccia for its pizzas and especially for its desserts; but I must say that the dishes in the pub are also very good. I have been going there for dinner with great pleasure for many years and for those who love desserts, I strongly recommend that you immediately put aside their cream millefeuille. Recommended +++++

Il locale è nel complesso carino, con un’atmosfera calda e piacevole grazie ad un’illuminazione stile "lume di candela". Purtroppo i tavoli erano decisamente troppo vicini tra loro: muoversi tra uno e l’altro senza invadere lo spazio altrui è stato abbastanza complicato. Ho trovato il cibo davvero buono, con un menù a base di carne molto vario e che presenta anche alcune interessanti specialità mitteleuropee, piacevoli e inaspettate. Il passo falso qui sta nella totale mancanza di una qualsiasi proposta vegetariana. Due amici hanno dovuto accontentarsi di soluzioni improvvisate, e non è stato bello vederli perplessi a fine serata dopo aver pagato 30 euro per un’insalata con quattro crostini. Il servizio poi, seppur i camerieri fossero cortesi e disponibili, ha mostrato gravi incertezze: tre piatti su cinque sono arrivati sbagliati, in particolare quelli con le variazioni vegetariane richieste all’inizio. Insomma, se aggiungo che il bagno era davvero minuscolo e v'era un odore costante di fumo in sala, come se l’aria ricordasse ancora i tempi in cui si poteva fumare liberamente nei ristoranti, si capisce come certi dettagli abbiano finito per pesare su un’esperienza che, per altri versi, avrebbe potuto lasciare un ricordo decisamente migliore.
