Very nice experience, recommended to all lovers of gastronomy! Definitely deserves a bib gourmand or a Michelin star, everything was perfect!

Great food (we have chosen a fish-only menu). They also recommended an equally excellent wine. Courteous and professional service. Prices consistent with what is offered. Absolutely recommended.

Pranzo domenicale coronato da ottime pietanze. Ristorante non per tutte le tasche (ogni piatto mediamente costa 30 euro) ma decisamente consigliabile. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dai seguenti piatti (nel senso che ci sono apparsi un tantino superiori agli altri piatti in termini di gradimento): l’antipasto di cefalo e porcini e il primo di tortelli ripieni con gamberi rossi e tartufo nero. Non abbiamo approfondito le etichette presenti in cantina preferendo subito un ottimo rosato chakra di Giovanni Aiello. La prossima volta dovremo provare una delle degustazioni al buio proposte dallo chef.

Esperienza straordinaria in questo Ristorante ubicato nel cuore di Bari. Piatti molto ricercati e di qualità dove abbiamo potuto assaggiare le bontà dello Chef Scalera, molto professionale e partecipe. Servizio molto attento e sempre disponibile a sentire tutte le nostre specialità. Prezzi assolutamente nella media nonostante le varie proposte. Grazie

03/02/2025: We had a great experience at Il Ministero della Braccia in the Old Town of Mola di Bari. The seafood was delicious, especially the grilled clams which really showed the chef's mastery of the grill - they were incredibly tasty with a perfect balance of flavours. The chef's ability to deliver such a fantastic grilled flavor even on mussels convinces us that he could serve an equally memorable piece of meat to those in the party who feel up to it. The staff was incredibly nice and welcoming, even though we didn't speak Italian. They also handled all allergies with great professionalism, which allowed us to enjoy the food in peace. We tried a large part of their seafood selection, and everything felt genuine, prepared with care and of the highest quality. We really look forward to coming back and can warmly recommend Il Ministero della Braccia to anyone who appreciates really good food in a pleasant environment.
