5 stars!!! Very beautiful and welcoming place!! The staff were courteous, friendly, and very professional. The music was very pleasant, and the location was very strategic. We had a wonderful meal, and the cocktails were expertly crafted!

A very beautiful and quaint place, with attention to detail. We opted for the aperitif option; the food was good, average, nothing spectacular, but that's what we expected for an aperitif. The Spritz could be improved. We'll be back to try other dishes.

My daughter's eighteenth birthday was truly unique!!! The food was truly high-quality, and the owner, Santino, was truly kind and ready to accommodate my daughter's every request. Cristian, the head waiter, was extremely quick, efficient, and kind at every opportunity, even accommodating any changes during the party. Alessandro was also always available to accommodate any requests from the children invited. I was simply beyond satisfied. The staff was professional and well-organized, and they all deserve a special mention. The atmosphere, DJ, cloakroom service, and hospitality were top-notch. Thank you, and keep up the good work!!!! CONGRATULATIONS

A pleasant and unique place. It reflects the diverse character of Palermo. While the service and food aren't particularly outstanding, the atmosphere is delightful.

We held our company dinner at this wonderful and charming venue. Everything was impeccable, from the food to the entertainment (live music and disco dancing). The hospitality and attentiveness of the staff and owner were the icing on the cake. We had a wonderful time. We'll be back! Highly recommended!

10/03/2026: I had dinner at Bioesserì and had a very up-and-down experience. I ordered two dishes from their "classic" menu, namely the veal with tuna sauce and the pork cheek, both very good and I would definitely order again. Then I ordered two special arancini offered for Santa Lucia, but I was extremely disappointed. They were huge, the rice was undercooked, the filling was minimal, and the breading fell off, almost inedible. It's a shame because it ruins the goodness of the previous dish. I wonder, if you're not good at making something, why do you offer it at your restaurant for double the price, passing it off as gourmet... just to catch the current trend? The restaurant was very crowded, and I found the service a bit chaotic.
27/02/2026: The food was amazing but the prices were sobering. Very expensive.
