A lovely house, excellent Sicilian cuisine and wines. The service was equally good. A great experience. I recommend it.

I ate there specifically to taste the pizza with sausage from the black pig of Nebrodi, Sicily. It had a pleasant flavor, but nothing exceptional, in my opinion. It was mixed with broccoli rabe which gave the pizza a wonderful flavor.
Friendly service and I sat outside on a warm day. Good experience.

Had lunch here as soon as we arrived from the airport. Our waiter was really helpful and gave some great tips on specials which were excellent, we had swordfish rolls and tuna with honey. We sat outside so the road was slightly noisy but it didn't detract. Inside was full. Local beer 750ml was good. Would definitely recommend.

I love this place...from breakfast to lunch to dinner. It's a very welcoming place, the staff is very attentive, and the food is very good.
I always enjoy going there.

Enjoyed the dinner at bioesseri, which offers more fine cuisine and lovely small plates for having something elese than just pizza and pasta. Service in english was friendly and welcoming. Pizza was also really nice, one of the best I have had in Palermo. Dinner is being served from 19:30

I had dinner at Bioesserì and had a very up-and-down experience.
I ordered two dishes from their "classic" menu, namely the veal with tuna sauce and the pork cheek, both very good and I would definitely order again.
Then I ordered two special arancini offered for Santa Lucia, but I was extremely disappointed. They were huge, the rice was undercooked, the filling was minimal, and the breading fell off, almost inedible.
It's a shame because it ruins the goodness of the previous dish.
I wonder, if you're not good at making something, why do you offer it at your restaurant for double the price, passing it off as gourmet... just to catch the current trend?
The restaurant was very crowded, and I found the service a bit chaotic.
