Located in a small square on the Lungarno, this spaghetti restaurant offers several interesting choices, from slightly exotic recipes to traditional pasta.
The place is nice, perhaps a little crowded inside; there's also seating in the adjacent square. The staff is friendly, perhaps a little shuffled between inside and outside; it's not always easy to spot them, but they arrive.
We had seafood linguine with ginger and lime and a carbonara.
So, the pasta was good. I chose this place precisely because I was intrigued by my dish and another on the menu with mint. I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed. The pasta was good, the sauce, but I missed the kick of ginger and lime, two ingredients that made me choose the dish. I would have preferred the chef to be more daring. The carbonara, on the other hand, was a nice dish; the creamy sauce was lovely and well-seasoned.
The price was very fair; nothing more to say, unless you dare more. Good luck, guys.

Perfect pasta & authentic flavor – completely unfairly negative!
Before eating here, I read some of the negative reviews – and honestly, I can't relate to them at all. From appetizer to dessert, every dish was a delight!
The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces intense and full of character – you can immediately taste the fresh ingredients and love that go into the cooking. The tagliatelle with truffle and the carbonara were particularly tasty highlights. The black ravioli with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and olives were also simply fantastic!
The portions are generous, and the presentation in small copper pots makes the whole thing even more charming. And the desserts are a must, too – whether it's tiramisu with fresh strawberry sauce or the classic pastry dusted with powdered sugar.
The service was friendly and attentive, without any rush – you have time to enjoy. For me, this is an authentic piece of Italian pasta art in the heart of Pisa.
Bottom line: Don't let the occasional bad reviews put you off – if you love pasta, you'll be happy here!

I went with two of my friends a few weeks ago, delicious! (Unfortunately I didn't take photos) TOP quality/price ratio, very kind staff. We had the €25 each menu, the pasta and desserts were delicious! Highly recommended!!!

Best restaurant for pasta lovers. I go often and have tried several types, and they're all delicious. I think it's a must-visit for anyone who wants to try good fresh pasta with authentic ingredients and fresh seafood, among other things. Even those who love local flavors will be satisfied. As a loyal customer, I can only recommend it and give it 5 stars.

Very good fresh pasta. We tried four of the first courses on the menu, and they were all very good. Nice restaurant on the square. 5/5 for the quality of the pasta and homemade ravioli.
