The price-quality ratio is very good, we ate two dishes of pasta for a good price, it is not the best I have had in Pisa but it is really very good.

locale dedicato alla pastasciutta, con scelte tradizionali e non. prezzi moderati e ottime soluzioni a forfait (tipo i quattro assaggi abbondanti di paste diverse, acqua, vino, dolce, caffè a 25 euro). peccato per i tavoli piccoli e molto vicini, la cattiva acustica della sala, la porta che apre a ridosso di chi mangia (dire che c’è uno spiffero è …riduttivo) e del bagno (un lavabo nel corridoio e un adiacente vano wc).

Fantástico lugar para un plato de pasta clásico en Italia. Situado en el centro de Pisa, bienvenido por el personal amable. Menú pequeño, pero no puedes equivocarte con la pasta. Ambos pedimos la carbonara. La comida se sirvió rápidamente y sabía delicioso, 10 / 10 pasta. La única decepción son las limitadas opciones de alcohol, con solo unas pocas opciones de vino o cerveza que provienen de su nevera en el restaurante. Sería mucho mejor si pudieran ofrecer cócteles como Aperol spritz. Pero hay una barra de spritz de aperol afuera, así que si quieres una bebida no es un problema. Así que comimos acompañados de agua con gas. Los precios son geniales. Ambiente podría hacer con algo de música mejorada para establecer una escena más italiana de lo contrario un restaurante muy agradable que le da la bienvenida en el corazón de Pisa. En general una gran visita, volveríamos!

Fantastic spot for a classic pasta dish in Italy. Situated in the center of Pisa, welcomed by friendly staff. Small menu, but you can’t go wrong with pasta. We both ordered the carbonara. Food was served quickly and tasted delicious, 10/10 pasta. The only let down is the limited alcohol options, with only a few wine or beer options that come from their fridge in the restaurant. Would be much better if they could offer cocktails such as Aperol spritz. But there is an aperol spritz bar outside so if you want a drink it’s not an issue. So we just had food accompanied by a sparkling water. Prices are great. Atmosphere could do with some improved music to set a more Italian scene otherwise a really nice restaurant that welcomes you in the heart of Pisa. Overall a great visit, we would return.

They have some really amazing pasta and spaghetti. If you want to try really good traditional Tuscany cuisines you should come here. Customer service was excellent as well and the atmosphere is really cozy.
