Excellent first courses, varied and plentiful. I recommend booking well in advance or you risk being booked out. A Pisan must-try, both on Sundays and every day.

Super central and lovely place for eating outside in the summer in Piazza della Berlina. It's also a good idea to take advantage of the €25 menu with four types of pasta, if you're in good company. I tried all the seafood dishes; some were good, others weren't very flavorful and could be improved; sometimes they even seemed a bit cold. I wasn't crazy about the dessert (cheesecake). Overall, it's not bad.

The atmosphere is small but very unique—in a positive way, of course! I had a bit of a hard time getting there because the umbrellas in the square covered the sign, which you can't see from the street, but Google Maps is for that too! Inside, the place is packed with decor, especially on the ceiling. You can find plants, lamps, even teddy bears! You know what, there's so much stuff all together that it's not even a bother... Another thing that caught my eye was one of the two large mirrors in the dining room... which is crooked! But I can't say if that's intentional or not. Having made a reservation, I was able to eat inside; the space is well-organized. There's room to move around and privacy between tables. One small downside: despite being next to the kitchen door, I was constantly in a cold draft that kept me company throughout the evening. The food is served only in soup plates and in generous portions, but that makes sense because they only serve first courses here. There's a wide selection and the prices are reasonable considering the location. The house red wine is highly recommended. Personally, it reminded me of the wine my grandfather made. Martina, Erica, and Lisa in the dining room are friendly and very knowledgeable. They offer excellent advice on what to order. They never make you feel abandoned or overwhelmed. For example, it's getting late right now. I'm sitting there writing this review, and it's past 11:00 PM, but they're doing nothing to push me to get up. (Besides the fact that I'm not the last one left... nor the one furthest behind in my meal.) Final note...I was told they don't want a tip, but I think I'll leave one anyway! *I came back after a year, and the mirror is still crooked! So it must be intentional... I think I panicked the girl a little when I said, "And a glass of... ...you decide! I trust you..." We had two first courses, and the rosé they recommended was an excellent pairing. I found the atmosphere practically the same, with excellent professionalism and courtesy. Even when it came to getting a taxi back to the hotel. Overall rating: 100% positive. I rarely do this.

The four pasta dishes we ordered were good. I'd been there six years ago and it was so great I wanted to go back, but I left disappointed. It's possible it's under new ownership. The waiter did the bare minimum and kept going outside to smoke whenever he could. The cigarette smoke drifted into the restaurant and ruined our meal. When we finished our food, we waited quite a while and he didn't even come to see if we wanted dessert, so we asked for the bill and found another place for dessert. It wasn't that he was busy; there were only three tables available.

Not a bad idea to have a pasta tour at a fixed price.

Very good pasta restaurant, a little far from the center of Pisa. Very well made pasta with many options, at a reasonable price. Everything was very good. We did the 4-course menu, dessert drink and coffee for €25 per person. It's a lot of food, but you can choose the 4 pasta dishes, very complete, and try the different tastes and types of pasta they have. Absolutely recommended! Very good service, very friendly, and a very nice place.

Maybe I'm being arrogant in assuming I understand anything about Italian pasta, here is my 2 cents. You can tell the pasta is fresh, the consistency and taste give it away. Delicious pasta! The combinations of flavours and textures between the differente varieties of pasta, sauce and ingredients are very original. A great Italian pasta experience!

Located in a small square on the Lungarno, this spaghetti restaurant offers several interesting choices, from slightly exotic recipes to traditional pasta. The place is nice, perhaps a little crowded inside; there's also seating in the adjacent square. The staff is friendly, perhaps a little shuffled between inside and outside; it's not always easy to spot them, but they arrive. We had seafood linguine with ginger and lime and a carbonara. So, the pasta was good. I chose this place precisely because I was intrigued by my dish and another on the menu with mint. I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed. The pasta was good, the sauce, but I missed the kick of ginger and lime, two ingredients that made me choose the dish. I would have preferred the chef to be more daring. The carbonara, on the other hand, was a nice dish; the creamy sauce was lovely and well-seasoned. The price was very fair; nothing more to say, unless you dare more. Good luck, guys.
