We have been coming regularly to the restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" in Dogliani for almost 20 years and are thrilled every time. The seasonal menus interpret local specialties in a modern way and combine the highest culinary art with traditional craftsmanship. The family atmosphere, the wonderful art on the walls and the friendly team inspired us to celebrate our wedding party with 60 people in our favorite restaurant "Il Verso del Ghiottone" and it was simply perfect. After a reception in the garden, we had a delicious 5-course menu at long, white-covered tables in the restaurant. Everyone enjoyed the festival and we remember this great event with joy! Thank you very much! We would like to come again!

Si torna volentieri in questo ristorante con cucina tradizionale rivisitata e piatti di pesce. Noi abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione di pesce,ottimo ! Bravi a tutti .. super consigliato!

Four of us had dinner today, the Menu Tradizionale. Everything was excellent. That applies to the food, but the service was also excellent. We'll definitely be back!

Sta sera abbiamo mangiato il menù degustazione e siamo stati proprio bene. Hanno fatto le modifiche senza problemi per fare un menù vegetariano per me. Piatti ben fatti,belli e buoni. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, tornerò volentieri!

We had dinner here after a day spent in Dogliani. There is the possibility of having a tasting or à la carte menu. The food was good, and the location suitable for both couples and group dinners (one was present, but not noisy). It's a fairly intimate venue. It's nice that there is a stove to heat the place. parking is located on the street. I appreciated that they offered me the first course in a gluten-free version, and that they brought me crackers. Satisfied and happy celiac.

16/07/2024: First time, business dinner... very particular and well-kept environment, friendly staff and very willing to satisfy any requests on the spot. Very short waiting times, good quality/price ratio in my opinion. If I come back to these parts, I'll easily reply, worth trying, it's worth it!
